“Petsbest has saved my life and my credit cards more than once. My little girl Lily is always having issues. Whether getting attacked by a dog, getting an infected toenail, or getting pancreatitis. This company has been a life saver for not financially ruining me while making sure she gets the proper care. I am very thankful. I will definitely keep both my little dogs insured through Petsbest.”

“We purchased an accident and illness policy($1000 deductible / Unlimited) with Pets Best Insurance for our newly adopted 5 month old Golden Retriever back in 2024 at a very reasonable price. She was initially diagnosed as healthy but unfortunately, it was later determined that she had hip dysplasia. We've started a treatment program to try and manage it as best we can. Pets Best has been terrific! They have covered everything related to her hips after the deductible has been met . Sometimes it takes a little time to process claims but we've never had a claim denied that I believed should have been paid. The policy premium has only gone up a couple of bucks the last couple renewals. We've been very satisfied with Pets Best.”

“It is a priority for our for dogs to have health insurance. All of ours are rescues, some from the street, some from rescue organizations. It gives us the ability to make sure they get the physical and mental care they need-caused by their previous experiences! All people at PetsBest are professional and knowledgeable and nice! I do wish the prices had not doubled over the past 2 years!”

“I had to submit my first claim and from the time I submitted it to when I got reimbursed it was about less than 2 weeks. Fairly quick process. The app was somewhat glitchy. I kept getting an error that it wasn’t submitted and then it actually submitted 3x. The process itself to submit was easy. Just had to upload itemized receipt. I was disappointed to know that it didn’t cover meds because that’s a big chunk of money when pets are sick but I guess it’s better than nothing”

“I’m glad I was able to get a policy when my dog was >10 years old, but I question every year whether the insurance is any better than just saving the premium money and having it available to use for the dog’s medical care. I pay a lot for the plan, and only a percentage of eligible items count against the deductible, then once you meet the deductible, you still have to cover a co-pay for covered items. If you’re concerned about your dog getting cancer, it could be worth it. Otherwise, likely not.”

“Had a $750 vet bill because dog broke a tooth that was getting infected and needed removal. Pets Best reviewed claim, took my $500 deductible, assessed me a copay, said the rest wasn’t covered and paid a whopping$1.98 towards my claim. Time to consider a different pet insurance.”

“Coverage is very expensive as your pet gets older. Claims are easy to file and depending on your coverage and deductibles payments are returned fairly quickly. Any time I have called on phone associates have been efficient and helpful. Whenever possible I have found it helpful to confirm coverage with Pets Best of any testing, treatment, or medication recommended by your vet.”
