“I pay about $450.00 a year. I rarely use it. Then you give me a 500.00 deductible. So $950 a year for you to charge me a co pay and never get 100% reimbursement. I’ll be looking for new insurance.”

“I’m very happy with Pets Best. They have covered all my claims in a timely manner (thousands of dollars as my dog had cancer). Also, I’m always able to speak with a customer service rep on the phone when needed. Highly recommend!”

“The rating for Pet's Best would have been much higher if it had not taken almost three months to confirm and payout on my dog's surgery. I understand having difficulty getting records from the Vet, but then to just say they can't read the files without informing me, then having to get on the phone multiple times until I got the files from the vet and sent them in myself. Once they accepted the files, the claim was paid quickly and the coverage was clear. I don't know if it is the system automation or something else, but the intake of documents needs to be much more transparent and clear”

“The claim process is very easy to do on line. The refund is directly deposited into my account. Most of my dogs WellCare is partially covered by this plan. I’m glad to have coverage for my dog.”

“Very good pet insurance. We have had several unexpected health issues and accidents with our cats. Thankfully, we have that's best health insurance, which helps tremendously. If you're questioning, whether or not you should get insurance for your pet keep in mind that medical care and tests to keep your pets. Healthy and happy has increased tremendously over the last 10 years. Don't put yourself in in financial jeopardy to get your Pet, the treatment it needs when an accident or health situations interfere with its well-being. Very happy with Pet's best and will use them in the future, as well as continuing to recommend them to my friends.”
