The coverage is great when starting from when your pet is young.

I have a beautiful staffy who has had multiple health issues. Pets Best has always reimbursed every penny that I am due and has never held up any of my reimbursements even when the claim was extremely high. Wonderful company. So happy I have such excellent coverage.

I have been with Pets Best for over 5 years with my Lab, Mika. She's bveen through leg surgery when she was a pup and just recently 8 weeks of chemotherapy. Pets Best has been by our side every inch of the way. They have answered every question I have had and they have been as pleasant as they can be. I would recommend them to anyone looking for pet insurance.

We had to wait way longer than we were led to believe it would be too get reimbursed. Several things like the fee for bio hazard disposal were declined even though we had no control over this being needed following the surgery to remove several cancerous tumors from our baby Daisy's body.

I have not had a problem with Pets Best until recently. I seemed to had coverage for everything. NOW I do not. Everything is a problem, and NOTHING seems to be covered. I will not be renewing my membership.

I appreciate the quick turnaround from when I submit my claim. However, I find attaching my invoices to be a little difficult and I spend way too much time trying to figure it out. While I appreciate having pet insurance, I feel the premiums are getting too high.

The insurance is nice, however I don’t like that it keeps going up by $100 each and every year, and that this rise in cost does not equate to a rise in the amount covered by the insurance. Either stop raising the price of insurance by $100 each year or rise the amount your insurance covers to match the rise in cost.

They increase my monthly premium every year ironically, this started around the time I began submitting more claims, even though they insist that’s not the reason. What’s frustrating is that the hikes aren’t minor, we’re talking about increases of over $25 per month, not just $5 or $10. The funny thing is I initiated a new inquiry with a dog matching all the same criteria as mine, same location, same deductible, same reimbursement percentage. It came back over half of what they’re charging me. The excuse was that “it’s a different company now so they’re probably charging less for new customers”. Make it make sense.

Very good insurance. App is still undergoing updates so can’t review at this time. Although I was able to get to my account on line and it was very easy.

Insurance is always a gamble about whether or not you think your pet will ever need it. One of my cats never does, but my other cat recently had an ER visit that PetsBest really helped me with financially. Overall my experience has been very positive with PetsBest. I will say they can be very slow to process, taking almost a month on my recent ER claim. BUT they did reimburse me for just about everything (80%) They have a 250 deductible, but cover 80% of bills for my plan. My total bill was 2993.31 The deductible was 250 Copay was 594.45 Reimbursement is 2127.86 It depends on you pet's needs, but overall i would recommend them.

Fairly quick processing and easy to understand benefits. Good customer service. Submitting claims for prescription medicine refills needs work, as does the process for submitting receipts that would go towards a deductible but would not be eligible for payout.

They take a REALLY long time to process the claims. And their app has been down for weeks, if not months, at this point.
