“Worst pet insurance I've ever has. I have a $250 annual deductible but every time I file a claim the charge me a $250 deductible plus a ridiculous copay and then sometimes it takes weeks for a response. I will be canceling my pets insurance soon.”

“Very long story- short. We have a Golden who developed a specis infection after being neutered resulting in 5 surgeries, weeks of hospital stay and a damaged kidney in the end. Without Pets Best to help with our costs I'm not sure we'd be able to enjoy this beautiful, loving boy for the years we have. Always and forever grateful.”

“I have been happy with my insurance but for it going up to almost $1000 just because the dog is a year older. My dog has had very few claims over the past 6 years and little reimbursement with having g a deductible. I’ll put money aside to pay for her routine vet needs rather than keep Pets Best.”

“Researched all pet insurance and found that Pets Best was in the top three in coverage, cost, and customer service. Have been with them for five years now and have annually checked their coverage and cost against their competitors and have been pleasantly surprised that they are still the best option for us. Their website is easy to navigate, their claims process is very straightforward, and their Explanation of Benefits and payments are done in a timely manner.”
