Very happy with Pets Best in terms of ease of submitting claims, explanations of what's covered and the overall impression that they care for their clients' pets. I plan to keep them through my pet's life and wish human insurance was this easy.

I can’t say enough about Pets Best health insurance without them. I’m pretty sure our dog wouldn’t be alive today. He’s had problems with his heart and digestive system. They have without any questions responded and reimburse me for all my expenses. From my family to you at Pets Best …We just want to thank you.

They take way too long to review claims. My pet has a chronic illness she’s had for months and gets the same monthly treatments and they still take 3 weeks plus to process claims no reason or explanation why. It’s ridiculous for the same treatment for a known illness. I could see if it was new.

Had to wait a very long time for my claim to be processed. I pay a large amount of money to you annually which keeps increasing and when I do make a claim the service I receive is unsatisfactory. Need to employ more people or reduce costs for customers.

I unfortunately had to take my cat to the vet to get checked out.Muffins is fine thankfully I had to make a claim and it was very easy I just sent the receipts took about 2 or 3 was approved and was reimbursed accordingly to my account

Took 28 days to get a decision and still waiting for the 5-7 days for reimbursement. I have never seen or heard of a vet that would wait that long for payment. So in reality this insurance is probably only good for routine vet care. If you have a serious high cost situation you’ll need Care Credit or other source of funds to cover payment. So don’t get too excited about the direct to Vet payment.

Claim processing was very slow. I had months of time go by. Submitted everything you asked for, actually several times. Everyone in customer service was above and beyond amazing.

They are easy to submit reimbursements, easy explanations as to what is covered and what is not. Quick turn around for reimbursements.

While I do eventually get paid out for insurance claims, it takes quite a long time for claims to be processed. If there is any issues with the claim no one from the help center can give a straight answer on how to resolve it. This combined with drastically increasing the premiums year after year is why I decided to switch insurance providers.

Coverage is as promised. However, it takes >30 days to review a claim, so reimbursement becomes an issue if you have to use a credit card (you will not get reimbursed in time to pay off your card). The communication is slow (it takes a while for claims to be reviewed).

Terrible customer service, took 3 weeks for a claim to be reviewed and per usual, it was denied I’m dealing with a snow storm and shouldn’t have to wait several hours to get support to discuss my claim just for the call to be dropped.

I have been very happy with my dog's coverage from Pets Best Health Insurance. My first reimbursement too a little while but now that everything is set up, I got my reimbursement within 2-3 days of being submitted. Thank you!

All my pets in the family are covered under Pets Best. It is truly the best in the industry. They don’t deny coverage, they pay out fast and on par. You can always trust them. Even if the bill is bigger than you think. A true family friend

It's expensive, but all pet insurers are. This give me peace of mind that if something major happens to my pets, that I can take care of them without going bankrupt. Just one of my elder dogs medications for arthiritis yearly cost nearly pays for the cost of the yearly premium. I can take my pets to the vet without having to worry if it is a serious enough condition to justify expense. Pets Best lets me overcare as opposed to undercaring for my family.
