“First claim went well. 2 weeks to approve, a week to reimburse. Just sucks that private equity and insurance is what's making vetcare costs skyrocket to the point of needing the insurance. Nevermind the fact you still have to pay up front before being reimbursed.”

“Absolutely thrilled with pets best health insurance. I was nervous about pet insurance at first, but this company has been a total game-changer. The sign-up process was straightforward, the pricing is very reasonable for the coverage we get, and—most importantly—they actually pay claims quickly. I submitted my first claim after a vet visit and had reimbursement in my account in just a few days. Customer service is outstanding—friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful every time I’ve called or messaged. “I have been with PetsBest now for 8 years. There have been some growing pains, but all in all the service and refund timeframe have been so much better then when I first started with PetsBest. I do have to admit, I do wish that customer loyalty would be taken into consideration when renewing plans. As my plan has multiplied tremendously from when I first began.”

“I'm paying $250.00 a month for coverage but it seems like every bill I send in to Pets Best hardly reimburses me any money. They always state Not covered or when it is covered they pay 10% of what I spent. Seems like I picked the wrong insurance company”

“So far my experience has been that reviews of claims are extremely slow and the company seems to have frequent payment processor issues. Also what delivery are the following questions even referring to? Petsbest has never delivered anything to me.”

“I’ve been with Pets Best for about a year and a half since my dogs were puppies. It’s very affordable, app and website are pretty user friendly. One of my dogs has had some health problems and Pets Best has been a life saver, literally. I can’t say that reimbursements for vet bills are timely, but they do come eventually. Any time I’ve had to contact them, the customer service has been good. I’ve reached out to the vet techs through chat with questions and they’ve been helpful. Overall I’m very happy with Pets Best and will continue to keep their coverage for my pups!”

“We have had pet insurance with PetsBest since we got our pups, and we just had our first medical claim after almost 3 years. We were a little hesitant on getting pet insurance, but we are now very glad we did. The claim process is super easy online, and no complaints on response times or explanations of benefits. Our 3 year old dog has been diagnosed with a very serious heart issue and may not have much time left. We are heartbroken, but knowing we can give him the care he needs for his quality of life, and that we are getting help with the medical expenses and medication, has helped alot. It is a reminder that anything can happen at any time, accidents or illness and that's why we need insurance. They have been great to work with.”

“The coverage seems good but the process when you make a claim is long. In my case it has been almost 2 months and just got settled Friday. I haven’t gotten my reimbursement payment yet either.”
