When I first signed up for Pet's Best it was one of the best programs out there but a year ROI was continually reduced, deuctables went up and co-pays were added. I am now stuck with useless insurance because I can't move anywhere else because pet insurance still holds pre-existing conditions against the purchaser. Pet's Best is basically a bait and switch and I'm tired of having to appeal every claim I submit. Right now I have to pay for my pet's care out of pocket and pray Pet's Best might actully pay out something, I'm starting to believe a personal high yield savings account would be a bettter use of my funds and my pets would have much better care.

First time using the insurance policy after 7 months. I got the plan that said ninety percent return, and not only have I yet to be refunded after one month of waiting, I’m only getting fifty percent or less than the total of the bill. I’m left feeling confused and frustrated that I keep getting emails apologizing for the delay but no actual money.

I have talked to numerous people at Pets Best over several years over a range of topics from purchasing the best coverage for my pets' situations to questions on claims to asking for advice on how to file a complex claim. Everyone I've talked to has been friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I have never been pressured to purcahse additional services, nor have I felt they were trying to find a way to deny a claim that should be covered. Excellent service in every situation.

Usually, everything is great. However, this time the computer system was down for almost two weeks. I took my dog in for a wellness visit 10/27. I tried, every day, to submit my claim. For the 1st week, it had an issue with my log in and make me prove myself multiple times, but would never finish letting me file the claim. Then I'd finally to get to the claim, fill out the info to submit the claim for it to error out. Finally, the evening of 11/07, it was able to go thru. Thankfully, it seems my claim has been processed.

I have had Pets Best for almost 3 years now and have used it 3 times. Have always received my reimbursement promptly after submitting my reciept. I would definitely recommend Pets Best to anyone looking for a good health insurance for their pet.

It appears that they are going to pay my (large) claim but the processing time was protracted snd dubmisdion was difficult due to their website being down.

I have had them for a few years and most of the time, they are prompt in their payment and fair with their evaluations of services rendered. However, I am extremely disappointed this year because I have not been able to log into their account for several months. It's time for renewal, and I would like to review my current policy and claims submitted this year.
