Claims process is easy. When I needed help it was readily available. Only reason I didn't rate them a 5 was, I took my dog in for her 2nd rabies shot a week earlier than last year. Since it wasn't a full year, the rabies shot wasn't covered. Wish they would cover by the shot, and not the calendar year. But other than that, I am satisifed with the insurance.
