“I use them because they are one of the cheaper insurance companies but they take a while to reimburse me and they won’t do pre approvals for pets procedures. They try to tell me that my pet has pre existing conditions however the pet in question was never actually diagnosed with a condition the vet was trying to figure out what the condition may be and they wanted to deny paying for the tests ran by the vet stating it was pre existing. But you get what you pay for. They seem to be getting better payment wise but their customer service isn’t too bad I’ve had worse .”

“I signed up for insurance for both my dogs at the highest premium level to cover 90% of my claims. I filed my first claim and a month later was told that the even occured before th eeffective date, the amounts were double billed, etc. and was informed that I will be reimbursed only a third of what I paid to the vet for a very simple ear infection vist and treatment. Still waiting on the final eval and conclusion.”
