“Buying Petsbest insurance for our new pups saved our puppy's life. We would never have been able to afford his $6700 sirgery without it. Insurance payment came quick enough to pay the credit card bill when it arrived. We could not be happier to have our wiggly pup back home and heLthy. Thanks to Petsbest and excellent vet care.”

“Took too long and wouldn’t cover the required teeth cleaning for the surgery. The teeth cleaning was not done for cosmetic reasons. It was required by the surgeon in order to do the mouth surgery yet it was not covered.”

“I am extremely disappointed with this pet insurance. I pay $128 a month and was shocked to learn how little is actually covered when my dog needed basic care. The reimbursement I received was minimal and nowhere near what I expected given the premium. As someone who works in the insurance industry, I find the value and transparency here very concerning. I regret recommending this company to other dog owners, and after seeing my experience and the reimbursement I received, several have already decided to move their policies elsewhere. Unfortunately, I will be doing the same.”

“I’ve had a really good experience with this pets best overall. The coverage has been helpful for routine issues and a couple of unexpected vet visits, and the claims process has been pretty straightforward. Submitting claims online is easy, and reimbursement usually comes through within a reasonable time. Customer service has also been responsive whenever I had questions about coverage or claims. It definitely gives me peace of mind knowing I have some financial backup if something happens with my pet. The only downside is that premiums have increased a bit over time, and sometimes certain treatments or fees aren’t covered the way I initially expected. It’s worth reading the policy details carefully. That said, I still think it’s a solid option for pet owners who want protection against big vet bills while keeping their pets healthy. Overall, I’m happy with it and would recommend it.”

“I used my accidental coverage which is reasonably priced. The payment was rather quickly reimbursed. I am thankful it worked out as smoothly as it did considering the traumatic experience we were put through having to use it as my dog was attacked by another dog. Glad we had Pets Best.”
