“We have Pets Best insurance for over 13 years which is same as our cats age. They are wonderful and have worked on our claims. A few times they have been slow but always communicate with us.”

“Overall, PetsBest is an outstanding choice for my canine health insurance. I would give a 5-star review if the online claims process provided the client the opportunity to review the uploaded documents during the 'Claim Update" process. Now, if I need to add more documentation, I have no way to see what documentation was previously uploaded.”

“Generally the reimbursement has been consistent and I appreciate that. My main issue is that they hiked the premium by $200 dollars which feels like way too much, I suspect they lure you in with a lower number and then hike it up after your first year. Also, my cat is on prescription urinary food that she needs to not be in constant pain and they won’t cover it which I think is ridiculous considering what I pay for the coverage.”

“Overall, Pets Best has been a good investment. Our dog has had multiple bouts of cheatgrass invading her paws, resulting in surgery to remove it. It has been nice to have some of these expenses reimbursed. I have had a couple of issues with Pets Best over the years, however. One issue has been the time it takes to accept or deny a claim. Most recently, I had an issue with how my claim was received. I submitted a single claim and received an email stating they had received it. Several hours later, I received another email stating that a second claim had been received. The claim numbers were different, so I knew it wasn't simply a duplicate email. The second claim was for a vaccine my dog was given at the time of her surgery. Our policy doesn't cover such care. I am aware of this and would not have submitted a claim asking for reimbursement. In the end, I was notified that the surgery claim was accepted and that the vaccine claim was denied. Not really a big deal, but somewhat confusing, nonetheless.”

“Pets Best has covered my pets since 2005. I’ve always had excellent service and have saved thousands over the years with their coverage. Our pets are family and we want to make sure that finances wouldn’t ever be in the way of making sure their health is taken care of.”

“I love my Pets Best health insurance for my golden retriever. I bought the policy when we got her as a puppy. Very easy to file a claim. The 24/7 phone line to get a vet tech to speak with you is fantastic. I have used it many times. I highly recommend getting health insurance for your pet and love my Pets best insurance.”
