“I have had Pets Best Insurance for my two furkids for years. I have never had any issues with any claim I ever submitted. The turn around time was quick and the entire claim process was painless. I always recommended new pet parents to Pets Best. They have top notch customer service that are always polite and sympathetic in times of crisis. I don’t know what I would do without Pets Best.”

“Definitely looking for a new insurance company. Pets Best does not offer effective customer service and the coverage is not worth the high cost of premiums they offer. Every claim submitted is questioned by their claims department with poor communication as to why they delay processing the claim. Not satisfied at all.”

“I’ve always found that they are fairly quick on getting refunds for services rendered. I have not had any issues putting in for reimbursement for services that my dog has had with both our veterinarian and the emergency veterinarian hospital.”

“I have been a PB customer since 2012 with 4 golden retrievers. Overall PB is good and pays out claims as expected per the policy. There are significant delays in reimbursement which can be frustrating. Particularly when PB wants additional information from my vet and it is supplied multiple times. Premiums tend to become expensive as dogs age. Sometimes very expensive. I have shopped around, but always come back to PB when bringing a new pup into my home.”

“I have had Pets Best for approximately 9 years and I would never considering switching to any other pet insurance company. They have been wonderful with the claims I've had to file. They have made the process simple. I've had to call their customer service people a few times and they've always been knowledgeable and professional. It is easy to get through to them when calling, unlike many other companies.”

“I have had nothing but excellent service from Pets Best. Our big German Shepherd has awful allergies and ear infections. We have had frequent vet visits as a result. Claims are easy to input online and payments are quickly placed in my checking account. I have just recently added our new failed foster to the policy.”
