“I was very pleased with the quick response to my claim. It was handled efficiently and the paperwork which summarized the charges and payments was easy to read. Several calls I made were handled by knowledgeable personnel and I was satisfied with their responses.”

“You started out fairly priced, but over the years you have gone up substantially. I would not recommend your company. There are other insurance plans that are much cheaper.”

“I have had a positive experience with Pets Best. Reimbursement after claim submission can vary from 24 hours to two or three weeks but Pets Best has always come through for us. My only complaint would be that the app can be glitchy, but overall I recommend Pets Best to all the pet owners I meet.”

“This last claim that I submitted I had to send/submitt about two or three times the invoice I got from the Vet because I kept getting a meesage from you system that the invoice did not have the information you required. Finally last time I submitted the SAME invoice it was accepted. The questions is: why sometimes it feels like you are making things difficult to the custumers? I am not making this appointment up, it was real, you can call to the clinic if you don't belive me!”

“I only have had one recent opportunity to use this pet insurance. I had an emergency with my dog one week ago today. He was hospitalized for two nights. I sent in the claim on Sunday night, and it was processed and funds transferred to my bank account two days later. So far we are very pleased!”

“I'm glad I have it but when add'l information is required, I'm unsatisified with how it is handled. If Pets Best has an issue with the claim submitted, they should be ABUNDANTLY CLEAR on exactly what they need from a vets office. Better yet, if it is an issue with a claim directly from the vets office, they should contact the vets office to tell them EXACTLY what they need in order to process the claim.”
