“Pets Best Insurance has been great! It is very simple to submit a claim and they are quick at processing. I have been a customer for two years and I recommend it to everyone I know that has a dog. The best case scenario is you pay your premiums and never have to use it.”

“Pets Best has a very easy claims process. I Worried that it would be a challenge but it went very smoothly. Was notified in a short time less than 3 days of the approval. Would recommend them.”

“So far, so good. We just signed up, so my experience is limited, but I turned in bills for both of my dog's heartworm medication, and was notified that we would be receiving 100% reimbursement as described in the plan we chose. At 82.00 a month, that makes me very happy!”

“Pets best has been awesome. Have had it multiple years with multiple pets, but this year when I needed them for my cat, they were there and did exactly what they claim. An obstruction had to be surgically removed and having insurance was the best decision I ever made as a pet owner.”

“Although I am happy with the coverage, on multiple occasions I have had to call because the claims are not processed in a timely manner. My dog had surgery and I submitted a claim on 12/18/25, and as of 1/20/26 I am still waiting for the reimbursement.”

“I am a new customer and submitted my first claim last week on 1/11. The website says it has been processed but the deposit still has not hit my bank. It is now 1/19 11:30 pm. So much for paying within 24-48 hours.”

“The time it takes for the claim to be reviewed is excessive lately. Additionally, the automated emails sent notifying me of agents contacting the wrong vet multiple times is becoming a norm. Otherwise, Pets Best has been great for the many years and two pets.”
