“I have pets best since 2020. When they were stationed in Florida claims took about a month. Since they're stationed in New York my claims are processed under 3 days. Just make sure your medical records are uploaded and everything is smooth sailing. I love pets best”

“We have been PetsBest customers with two of our dogs for several years. Claim processing has always been timely and efficient and we couldn’t be happier. As your dogs get older, they are 5 now, the premium has increased, but we believe it is well worth it for the peace of mind we have whenever there’s an emergency or illness, we know PetsBest will have us covered.”

“I have been a customer of several other pet insurance companies, years and years before settling with Pets Best. I will honestly say, I am extremely pleased with Pets Best. I have an Oriental Shorthair cat who is turning 12, and for his age, the monthly premium is excellent. I haven’t had to file claims until recent months as he has developed diabetes, but with that being said, my claims have been paid out so quickly. Customer service is always a pleasure to speak with as well.”

“I have noticed a definitle improvement in the claims review process time and I really appreciate it. Overall I recommend Pets Best to friends and family, although I have experienced some inconsistencies with the monthly charges and annual increases between the two underwriters Pets Best uses for some of our animals who have been on the insurance plan longer versus our newer additions, which I find frustrating.”

“I had to get my boy his yearly shots and his flea and tick medicine. I entered the information and they responded within a day! They are reimbursing us a fair portion of our bill under wellness. I highly recommend them!”

“So far, Petsbest has been great. My dog unexpectedly got both cancer and kidney disease after a year of having their insurance and they’ve been great on reviewing claims promptly and paying their portion. Thank you!”

“Just a few months after I got the insurance for our 3 dogs one of them had to have an emergency surgery, a big one because of a bleading spleen mass. Long story short .. surgery was big but went well and after a long 10 days the good news was the tumor was benign!!!! We sent the calim on the same day of the surgery .. big bill over 9k and Pets Best took a bit of time to review it and asked to the vet for more papers, etc but after a couple of weeks they reimburse us the 80% of the bill as our policy said. Thank you Pets Best for your honesty and coverage.. thank you thank you!!!!!”

“I had this Insurance now on my two pets about maybe three years. I paid my deductible and the rest was paid in full. I had no problem and my pets got excellent care. That’s the main thing.”
