I have been a PetsBest customer for years. My only frustration is certain drugs are not covered despite, our vet confims our dog Sadie has osteoarthritis. The Dasuquin which is a a joint health supplement should be covered, and has been helpful to Sadie. I disagree, it is a not a vitamin which PetsBest stated when I questioned, why it is not covered. This is the reason of my 4.

We have been very happy with Pets Best so far! We began coverage last October when we adopted our senior Westie, who was diagnosed with skin/ear allergies. We also added the wellness coverage, which has been great for covering portions of vaccines, dental cleaning, and preventatives. Claims are easy to file on a desktop or via the mobile app, turnaround time on claims is reasonable and setting up reimbursement is simple. Any contact with customer service has been pleasant and productive. Highly recommend!

The system was down for a few days . This happened on the first time I used It. I had to call twice to get explanation on coverage. No explaintion was provided in coverage. You need a faster turn around on reimbursement. It has been two weeks . Sure enough I had to call again because of no explanation on what the hold up is. What would help is if you are not covering a bill please explain why.

I have a chronically ill dog. She gets treatments monthly. Pets Best never gives me a problem with reimbursements. I’m so glad I have this insurance.

I have had a new puppy for 6 months. She has had check ups and a few health issues. Pets Best has been fabulous! Maggie has better insurance than I do. You you insure humans too?

We have had Pets Best insurance for six years now’s and highly recommend to give you peace of mind with your pets or “fur babies “. We have 4 dogs all insured and a total life saver when unexpected life events happen. Customer service is excellent!

This is my first experience with pet insurance and I cannot imagine it gets any easier. I unfortunately had to submit two claims in 2 weeks for my 1 year old girl and both claims were approved within a day or two. Submitting a claim on my phone honestly takes one minute.

I have had pets best since my dog was a puppy and of course I expected monthly payments to rise as he aged. Come the end of this June they wanted to have me pay almost $150 for a healthy five year-old Shih Tzu. We normally maybe go to the vet once a year for his annual check up that's normally broke up into two visits and of course if he's not feeling well, so maybe 2/3 times a year if that. So just for giggles. I used my secondary email address and request requested a quote as a perspective new customer, using all my current accurate information, the quote I got was almost $50 less than what they're asking of me as a new customer so in reality new customers pay less than loyal standing customers. I've asked them how that's possible all they keep stating is, it's a new underwriter? Still doesn't explain why there was such a difference., I'm extremely disappointed in Pet's best I would never have considered them the best. Their representatives can be extremely rude and that's only the handful of times that I've had to call. I will say submitting a claim in getting paid never seem to be really problematic, but I am so disappointed in Pet's best, just disregarding their loyal customers. They should be ashamed of themselves. I understand it's a business. I'm not stupid but a Pet's health should come first if you were gonna charge me $150.05 So I looked into the ASPCA, same coverage almost $60 less . Communicating with them is like pulling teeth you asked for answers they give you obvious scripts and have no shame and resending them . They also did ask me if they want they could work with me to lower my monthly how generous that would just mean less coverage how sweet of them and we've gone back-and-forth and the same thing has been said it has to do with age residence, breed, etc., but I used all that accurate information when I got my quote as a perspective new customer and again a new customer paying $50 less than a five-year customer. Shameful I don't need your reply with your apologies. I'm totally disappointed and I'm moving on hopefully for the better.

Very easy to deal with. Obviously I'd like better coverage (even at a high premium), but the company is very easy to deal with for clains.
