“I have had such a great experience with Pets Best. My dog is 14 now and his health is declining, I pay a lot for the insurance now (steadily increases every year) but it’s covered almost everything and saved me tons this year.”

“Overall Pets Best is very good. Our one dog was unfortunately diagnosed with elbow dysplasia. He had surgery and rehabilitation and continues to go for therapy to keep his legs strong. We did have to appeal a claim denial once but the appeal process was quickly resolved. There have been some quirks with the website but those seem to be resolved.”

“I have had Pets Best insurance since I got my GS puppy. They are upfront about what they cover and don’t cover, pay claims on a timely basis and are easy to contact. I would highly recommend them.”

“I am extremely happy with this pet insurance. They are reliable, predictable (in a good way), and it allows me to always have peace of mind when my pup needs a vet appt, whether planned or last minute / "emergency". Plus, the claim processing and reimbursement is always timely.”

“I have had a Pets Best policy for each of my Frenchies for 8.5 years. My two Frenchies have had illnesses that I have claimed on each of their respective policies. IVDD, aspirational pneumonia, seizures, and allergies are a few of the illnesses for which I have filed a claim. All of my claims were accepted, and I received payments in a timely manner. The customer service representatives were very patient, helpful, and addressed all my questions and concerns. I highly recommend Pets Best Pet Health Insurance.”

“After years of frustration with pet insurance — slow claims, confusing coverage, and too many surprises at the worst moments — I switched to PetsBest about a year ago. “I cannot begin to explain how important it is to have your pet insured. I had always hoped that I would never ever have to use the insurance, but unfortunately my dog developed a very rare disease at a young age. Pets Best has been right there supporting us and helping to pay the expenses along the way. I don’t think our sweet dog would be with us today if we didn’t have their coverage. I recommend Pets Best over other pet insurance and trust them to continue to support our health journey along the way!”

“Our claim was processed and paid in a total of 2 days! This was a major claim for us. Our dogs implants from an ACL injury became infected a year after the original surgery. We are extremely grateful to have Pet's Best for our pet's medical needs.”

“Processed my first claim and it was simple, efficient. Pet insurance has given me a piece of mind if and when an accident or illness occurs in either of my two large dogs I highly recommend Pets Best and was one of two pet insurance companies recommended to me by my veterinarian.
