“The company pays the invoices well…. When renewal time comes though the rates increase greatly and we had to cancel one on our pets this year because it became unaffordable. From $75 to $145….”

“Cancelled policy on one pet, only keeping on another since my deductible has been met but will switch back to Trupanion. Will not be recommending to clients. No portal for hospital, vet pay takes forever so even my hospital doesn’t want to use, they cannot keep sent records straight, had to send and upload multiple times, wrong contact information for my hospital, difficult to get in direct contact - message system is not helpful, must call. You get what you pay for I guess. That’s why they are less expensive than Trupanion but overall not worth it.”

“We have two dogs with chronic health issues. Pets Best has been a lifesaver, in terms of helping us manage to pay for their care. They are extremely responsive and the payment process is very fast, especially through the app. I highly recommend them.”

“Great exerience with Pets Best during my first year of membership. I have two young cats. One is currently experiencing skin concerns and inflammation. My claims have always gone through very quickly and coverage has been reimbursed prompyly. Highly recommend.”

“PetsBest has made it possible to treat our 7 year old dog who has several mast cell tumors. They have paid thousands of dollars in claims. When I first submitted claims (around 9 months or so ago), they took almost a month to pay, but the past few months they pay quickly (within a week or so). I wish that premiums had not gone up as much this past year, but I really can't complain with all of the money I have saved.”

“I can’t say enough good things about Pets Best. My little cockapoo, Harley lived till just recently. She was 13. I purchased the insurance for her when i got her as a puppy. Thank God she was healthy most her life but sadly in the past year she started to fail. Pets best was so responsive to all her claims and they reimbursed within 48 hours. We finally had to say goodbye to our angel. Of course i was in no shape to remember to contact pets best to cancel the policy . After i submitted the final bill, pets best was so kind and wrote a condolence note and canceled the policy for me. I highly recommend this company. And HIGHLY recommend insuring your pets with them. We all hope our babies live a healthy life but it’s always good to have insurance should something happen . Thanks for all Pets Best. I continue to be loyal customer with our remaining cat. I’ll be a customer for life. Forever grateful. 🐾”

“Pet’s Best insurance is way too expensive. I was given a very competitive price when they were puppies six years ago. Today they they have increased my premium unbelievably high. It is too late to start with another company because if there is a catastrophic problem, there could be issues with payment.. Wellness exam Invoices presented they are rarely paid in full. There are always reasons why a particular vaccine or exam is rejected for payment. That is my honest and forthright review.”

“Initially, Pets Best insurance was struggling to get my claims approved. It would often take up to months to have a claim reviewed and provide an answer back to me. Now, it looks like Pets Best has made some changes on their end and my claims have been reviewed and approved within 24 hours to 48 hours. The turnaround change has been incredible and I’m so happy with the service.”

“I recently had to take my cat to the emergency vet over the weekend, and Pets Best made a stressful situation so much easier. I paid the bill upfront, filed the claim, and by early the next week, the reimbursement was already in my account! Their claim system is super easy to use, and the turn-around time was incredible. Highly recommend!”
