“Pets Best would not cover medications that was given to my dog in the emergency room.... Even though I pay for services that cover illness, emergency, and wellness... The reason they told me is because the medication is new and not listed on their preferred list of medications.. Even though the veterinarian said my dog absolutely had to have them to survive!! The veterinarian told me that these medications are not new and that most plans cover these..... So I give Pet's Best a thumbs down 👎”

“One of my dogs had an unexpected surgery which nobody likes to have to payout. And then an emergency room visit shortly after. Ouch. that was a big hit. I'm so glad that I have had her covered by Pets Best. Second time in 3 years I've needed it, but the reimbursement was needed to pay the credit card I had to use. The response to my many questions and the reimbursement was very quick also.”

“I LOVE THIS INSURANCE. We originally got it for my senior girl so she was 100% covered for anything that could creep up and then we also got a puppy and they’ve been amazing with reimbursements! They cover so much and I love this company. We’ve been with them for almost 3 years now and we don’t ever plan on switching them!”

“I can’t say enough good things about Pets Best Insurance!! My 15 year old Cairn Terrier needed a pace maker and Pets Best covered it. Not having to make decisions for my dog based on financials was a game changer. Going through such an emotional roller coaster trying to find out what was wrong and then going through the surgery, Pets Best took the financial worry away. The pace maker saved my dog’s life and I will forever be grateful to this company. Anytime I’ve called, they’ve been incredibly helpful and kind.
