“I took my elder cat for a wellness check and was charged over $300. Pets Best only paid about $90. Pet insurance cost about $115 a month for 3 cats. I think Pets Best could have paid half.”

“Pets Best has been a major help with the bills for my pets over the years. They have paid what they said they would pay for the plan I opted for. The down side is the premium has gone up at least 30% every year. It was worth the premium I paid this year when I lost my dog to cancer and the insurance covered it. Thank you Pets Best for being there when I needed you.”

“First of all when I switched over I had 2 pets and so they should have had the same policy. When I needed to use the policy I could not. I used the insurance for the existing policy and got absolutely nothing back. I pay more for the policy. This insurance is a joke.”

“Turnaround time terrible. Denied claim after I sent the paperwork they required. Then they opened the case back up but I waited another month to get a response.”

“This is the second dog I have insured with Pets Best and they have always been very easy and fair to deal with on any claims I have submittted. I feel they have great coverage at a great price and there are lots of options for coverages levels for you to choose from. WIll continue to insure all of my furbabies with them!”

“This was my first time having to submit a cliam. THe procress was easy and smooth. They provide a detailed explanation of what is and what is not covered, what portion goes towards your deductible and what is refunded. Highly recommend.”
