“I have had Pets Best my Frenchie for 8 years and they have always been accommodating, answer all questions and quick with reimbursements. I will never own a pet without them as my carrier. Worth every penny!”

“Called to inquire about a claim, the girl was hard to understand and the backround noise was so lound. Being transferred to the claim department, why was this not done first as I inquired about the claim. She tried to get someone to help me but the wait time was too long”

“I purchased Pets Best health insurance on the advice of my primary vet for the possibility of a catastrophic medical issue. As my dog is now undergoing chemotherapy and radiation treatment for metastatic cancer I can say that Pets Best has been reimbursing the percentage agreed-upon ofall of the charges at the agreed-upon rate. Thank you.”

“This was my first claim. It took a little longer to process than I thought, but I like that you contacted me to let me know you were still working on my claim. We appreciate having Pets Best insurance to help defray the cost. Thank you!”

“Pets best makes it easy. Super easy to put in claims. I have had no issues with getting money back most claims are completed a week after and if they need to do a little more research with vet they notify you. Great company. Definitely worth it for the pocket and peace of mind for my dog.”

“Pet’s Best is thorough and even when claims take a bit longer than expected, they keep in touch and update you with the claim status. They have always been super helpful with any questions I have regarding my policy. Whisker Doc access is key!”

“So far they’ve been with me every time for the four year life of my Australian Shepherd, who seems to get himself in trouble every year. Three trips to the vet soecialist so far and Pets Best was there to cover most of the cost. Do not know what I would have done without insurance for this guy.”

“Generally claims go "fairly well" but there is the occasion where more information is needed; however the process is to send a template email stating that an itemized invoice is needed. So I send another copy of the itemized invoice; then I get the same template email requesting an itemized invoice...the goes on and on with Pet's Best until out of frustration you call to talk to a live person who reviews the file and says "Oh...I think we need proof of delivery" My response: "that was sent with the initial claim" "oh, please send it again" date of incident 12/23/2025; claim filed 1-1-2026; reimbursement made 2-27-2026;”

“Pets Best is fairly priced, and covers what we need. I have peace of mind, and am able to provide care for our pets without worrying about whether I can afford it. They have been there for us with past pets, and am confident that they will be there when we need them. Our pets are our kids. Our pets add so much to our lives, I owe it to them to give them the care they need. Thank you Pets Best, for being there for us.”

“I pay a combined $136 dollars a month for my 2 seven year old cats that have nothing wrong with them. Their annual wellness exam which includes a general body check and a feline rabies injection comes to over $600 here, in nj, (I shopped around, that is the average cost at vets in my area) and Pets Best will only reimburse 50 for each cat and rejected the rabies injection as it wasn't itemised enough?? I will be cancelling my policy and saving my money instead. Ridiculous.”

“There can't be a better pet insurance company out there. The value and the personal service that they give can't be found anywhere else. Claims are simple, website is so intuitive and their explanation of benefits is so clear, unlike most insurance companies. We have decided that all of our pets will only have Pets Best from now on.”
