“We have been extremely happy with Pets Best. We recently had to take our puppy to the emergency vet, and I submitted a claim for a pretty large bill. The claim process was very easy, and I was amazed at how quickly everything was handled. The reimbursement was deposited into my bank account within just two days! Having pet insurance gives you such peace of mind when something unexpected happens. I can’t say enough good things about Pets Best and would absolutely recommend them to other pet owners.”

“Pet’s Best was a good insurance company when we first signed up our dog. As we adopted another dog and added her to the policy, it has saved us a bundle. Over the years, their claim processing time has greatly improved. The coverage is great and we are really glad to have it for wellness exams, vaccinations, and illness purposes. The claim processing has improved to the point that if I use a credit card and submit the claim the same day, I receive the the reimbursement well before the credit card bill is due. Now that’s great news!”

“I just switched in the past year to Pets Best for my 9 year old lab, since my old insurance had almost doubled in price, costing a lot more than Pets Best for less coverage. I was concerned about pre-existing conditions which were no longer covered, but since he only had arthritis, I figured it would be fine for major health issues. He recently had to get an eye mass removed - filing the claim was so easy with Pets Best and they approved the claim within a few days. I am so happy with our Pets Best insurance and would highly recommend it!”
