This was the easiest insurance claims process I have ever experienced. From 1st submission to check in hand was less than 4 weeks. Communication was exceptional and the entire experience let us focus on getting our pet healthy and not worry about payment.

Claims take FOREVER to get processed. The app is full of bugs and works whenever it wants. They charged my anual deductible twice in the same year, no chat support. Awful experience overall

Have been pleased with the plans I have on my two dogs. Only "complaint" is that processing of claims seem to take longer than when we first joined.

Pets Best is definitely the BEST pet insurance around. They have covered my little dog since she was eight weeks old. Just filed the claim and they reimburse you right back to your bank account. We have been very pleased.

I've been with Petsbest for 14 years and they insure all 4 of my pugs. They have been great. I do get a multi-pet discount and they have some different options you can select based on if u want to pay more monthly or out of pocket if the time comes. I usually submit an invoice online or through the app in order to get reimbursed. The time it takes to be reimbursed varies but they usually send me updates if there are delays. The rates usually increase as the pet gets older which makes sense. I have used the insurance more in later years for each dog. I only do the illness/accident. The math didn't work out in my head to pay for the wellbeing aspect...it seemed to even out so didn't see the advantage there. When you first sign up there is an option for something like alternative therapies which covers acupuncture and physical therapy and if u don't select it to start, you can't go back. I found this out as the one dog that needed it, I somehow didn't select for it. Other than that they really have helped me out a lot. They have covered all accidents and illnesses we have had. We didn't really have any pre existing condition issues as we signed up very early. Even my rescue I got at 2 years I don't believe was restricted on anything based on his exam. They also have a 24 hour hotline where you can talk to a vet to get guidance and information. They don't diagnose of course but they can be fairly helpful if you have questions or are wondering if u need that 3 am vet trip. I've never really had to work with their customer service to my recollection as I have never really has any issues. Overall this is a pretty solid pet insurance company and I highly recommend them. Grateful they are around.

This was a great insurance for the price but the price continues to increase. The increase isn’t limited to the age of the pets it includes the region which the pet lives, the age, inflation and the list continues. It’s at the point where it make more sense to save the money each month instead of paying for a service you may never need.

Pets Best DENIED MY dogs eye condition, stating it was "pre-existing". She had NEVER been seen by a vet for the diagnosis and 2 separate vets wrote appeals letters stating it was NOT preexisting! Pets Best denied it 3 times. I got attorney and fought the company...AND WON! They decided to raise my monthly premium over 200 % and limit the yearly max to 5000. They pushed me off the plan due to high premium l could no longer afford. My dogs eye condition only cost appr 400 a yr....l dont need to pay this company 1700. a yr for 400. in costs..Now on another insurance for much less premium, higher payout, and yearly max! THIS PET INSURANCE STINKS FOR THEIR SHADY PRACTICES!!! BEWARE!

I haven’t been with Pets Best for very long, but my experience so far has been mostly positive. Signing up was easy, coverage appears to be good, and submitting claims online or through the app is very convenient. I experienced some initial login issues, but the customer service team was helpful once I reached out to them. Phone wait times have been very long, including one call where I waited nearly 30 minutes to speak with a representative. Overall, everything has been straightforward and easy to manage so far.

Can not get thru on phone at all. 20/30 on hold then I hang up. No email address found to correspond with them. Chat bot not available due to who knows. Fed up trying to get thru. Sad for sure. Do better. Still need answers.
