“Thank you for always being so polite and courteous when I call for things. Especially several times I've had to call to speak with a nurse concerning different things with my dog and each, and every nurse has always been so pleasant and compassionate. I also appreciate that claims usually are very quick, depending on what the claim is for. Many times it's done within 7 to 10 days and I've never waited more than 30 days for reimbursement. I've never had any reason for complaints with Pets Best in the five years that I've had it for Kacey Mocha, my dog. Without them, and without their help, it would be very difficult for me to pay for my dogs, medical bills. Yes the premiums do go up at renewal, but that is to be expected as dogs get older. I highly recommend Pets Best insurance.”

“This is the first time I've had to submit a claim. I was delighted to see how quickly it was processed, within a week. The only reason I gave it a four not at five star rating is that it is not transparent why I received the refund on the individual line items on my invoice for the tests my cat needed. Im not arguing with the amount of the refund, but would have appreciated a breakdown by line item, with explanatory notes for each line on the invoice, on the size of the refund stated. This woul have been useful for future reference.”

“Terrible insurance company. Have not paid a single claim. They said my dog had a preexisting condition of allergies and all of that based on one caddie shot. Dog has not had a single issue but talking to insurance company is useless. Biggest rip off I’ve ever seen.”
