“I have been using Pets Best since my boy was a puppy. I’m the beginning service was ok. As time has gone on the app is not always easy to use to file claims. Last week I filed a claim and the system kept telling me to try again later. The system then submitted 6 claims for the same claim. I called and explained to the rep he said he cleared them out which he did not. Then today I get an email saying something is wrong with their credit card processing company. It may be time to look elsewhere.”

“Pets Best typially processes my claim quickly, but my claim for a surgery took almost four weeks to process. I could get no explanation for why it was taking so long upon calling Pets Best. It is now the day after 4 weeks since the surgery and my reimbursement has not hit my bank account yet. Explanations for each charge or denial are clearly stated on each claim.”

“I am now on my second dog with Pets Best and couldn't be happier. They have delivered in a timely manner on all the insurance claims I have had to keep my dogs healthy and with me for the long term. I have and will continue to refer them to friends and family.”

“One of my cats needed to have emergency surgery and Pets Best was true to its promise and honored my claim for the cost. They were good with communication and I am very pleased with my overall experience with making a claim with them.”

“I often have to submit my documentation more than once. I'm not doing it incorrectly - they're reading it incorrectly. It takes over a week for that and then another few weeks to complete the claim”

“This was our first claim. It was handled quickly, without delay, and processed without any issues. This was a relief as we were worried about our pet's health you didn't have to add the worry about payment for our vet's services. Thank you Pets Best!”

“I would leave a 5 star review, but my opinion is that it takes a long time to get the results. Not sure why, but this time I got two emails stating that the company was still reviewing my claim but were backlogged.”

“They do great with their coverage and I have had no trouble getting refunds. Their app has also become more reliable. However, they are becoming slower with their reviews and refunds of claims.”

“There are more than 50 emails in my mail and most say forget about it. The viable ones don't say much except "wait." I don't know what to think especially since my monthly pay for the pleasure of doing business has increased a LOT.”

“Not at all pleased with the pet insurance. The claim I put in was ONE, NOT two, as it's shown and it was for a WELLNESS and VACS, NOT ILLNESS. THEN, my FAXED claim took a MONTH??? Disappointing. Also, NOTHING COVERED for reimbursement for WELLNESS and VACS?”
