“I have been very happy with more line items being approved for payment than I have expected (on some invoices, at least). Until recently, I had no complaints about PetsBest and recommended them to everyone. There have been administrative problems over the last few months, which concerns me. In addition, I have had at least two claims in which the documents I submitted were insufficient or didn't upload correctly, and i had to resubmit. This delayed payment. Now that it's happened more than once or twice, I am starting to question the legitimacy. All in all, I have been happy with PetsBest, but my confidence in their service is beginning to wane.”

“Reasonable cost. Pets Best handled a claim for our cat’s broken leg repair fairly and within a reasonable timeframe. Claim submission is a snap.”

“Terrible customer service kept getting the run around on my claims took way too long to process I will be cancelling my policy.”

“The phone customer service is very helpful and resolves things quickly even though the wait times can be long. The Insurance policies benefit us a lot given our Bernedoodle’s minor health issues. I would recommend Pet’s Best to anyone considering pet insurance.”

“OUR LABRADOR just had his second knee repaired ( TPLO surgery), and once again Pets Best insurance promptly reimbursed us to the amount we are insured. (80%). I would recommend them as a pet insurer as they have always been prompt and courteous in our experience. I have been very pleased with them in all ways.”

“We have a female Bernese mountain dog who is now 9 years old. We have been with Pet’s Best since we picked Zen up from the breeder at 9 weeks old. Like most Bernese mountain dogs Zen is an incredibly wonderful, sweet, and loving dog.BUT she has had a number of medical issues.Pet’s Best has been excellent to deal with on all of her medical issues. They are not cheap because they do not cancel individual dogs for bad experience.Also they do not non renew for adverse experience. Those policies are critical for breeds with serious medical issues.”

“Pets Best is provides timely responses to claims and thorough EOB's. It's not quite the cheapest but it definitely provides the most return for the price. My pup recently had emergency surgery for a life threateniing volvulus. They took a couple of weeks to research the case but the percent of coverage was impressive. It's the best pet insurance I have ever had for my pups.”

“This my first time in all my years of having a pet that i needed to file a claim after my best was attacked. The process was really smooth ans easy and lifted a lot of stress off of me and allowed me to focus on Mylo's recovery. Even when I had a question and needed to call I was able to get assistance right away.”

“I have been using Pets Best since my boy was a puppy. I’m the beginning service was ok. As time has gone on the app is not always easy to use to file claims. Last week I filed a claim and the system kept telling me to try again later. The system then submitted 6 claims for the same claim. I called and explained to the rep he said he cleared them out which he did not. Then today I get an email saying something is wrong with their credit card processing company. It may be time to look elsewhere.”

“Pets Best typially processes my claim quickly, but my claim for a surgery took almost four weeks to process. I could get no explanation for why it was taking so long upon calling Pets Best. It is now the day after 4 weeks since the surgery and my reimbursement has not hit my bank account yet. Explanations for each charge or denial are clearly stated on each claim.”
