“First claim took too long to resolve. Second claim was completed within 48hrs. Website is good but glitchy when using from your phone.”

“Awesome! The response to cliams and paying cliams have been top notch. Have had Pets Best coverage for 6 years for our French Bulldog, has piad for it's self time and again. We highly recommend them if you are wanting the very best in coverage. Lance O.”

“Pets Best insurance has been extremely helpful for our sweet boy Blackjack as he continues his lymphoma treatments. It is very easy to input the claim on their website, manage your pets, check on claims, and the reimbursement goes straight into your bank account. We have had Pets Best insurance for probably 5 years and it has been great, no issues, and great customer service when we needed. We will continue to use Pets Best insurance for all of our dogs in the future.”

“I recently took both of my dogs to the vet for annual check up and vaccines. I uploaded my receipts and within 2 days I had an email with the costs that were being reimbursed by the pets best insurance. Simple and easy to use app!”

“There are stringent rules on what is delcared a pre-existing condition. We went to the animal ER with what we considered a serious pup emergency, pup passing out after vomiting from his new medication. Nothing was covered so we're very dissappointed in PetsBest. With the higher premiums than most we could have paid the invoices outright. You live and you learn...”

“I was very pleased with the amount that Pets Best paid on my dog's recent lipoma, cyst, and dental surgery. Minus the deductible, nearly 3/4 of the procedure was covered. I was with two other carriers previously and received nowhere near this level of customer satisfction.”
