“Pets Best is amazing! My dog started having seizures 2 years ago and was in and out of the emergency room so much, it was scary. He had to get an MRI and is now seeing a neurologist and is on monthly medications. He hasn't had a seizure in 11 months! I dont know what I would have done with out insurance. It was so nice to know he was covered and I didnt have the added stress of figuring out how to pay for his care. The claims are easy to submit and they have always been fast to reimburse. Highly recommend! The first thing I did was get insurance when Pickles came into my life and I do not regret it at all. Its about the price of going out for dinner once a month, soooo worth it for his health and my peace of mind!”

“You really don't cover anything. I got a new cat - no previous anything. A baby. I took him in for an emergency visit cuz he ate something bad - and you covered about 10% of it. The whole point of medical pet insurance is to cover emergencies that come up. This is unacceptable and I will be cancelling imminetntly”

“I always recommend Pets Best to anyone asking about pet insurance. Very easy process and claims usually are reimbursed quickly. My only complaint is that the premiums go WAY up as my pets age.”

“I bought a high deductible plan for my dog a few years ago and because we hadn't had any medical issues with him during that time I've never used it. The insurance came highly recommended by a friend of mine but again I didn't have any personal experience so when my dog did have emergency surgery and I had a very large veterinarian bill I submitted the claim with some trepidation. I was happily surprised that they paid everything according to the plan parameters and that the process was quick and straightforward. Furthermore when I needed to call just to confirm on a few items it was easy to get to a representative which is something that's becoming more and more of a challenge these days”

“Pets Best used to be wonderful. The price per month now is astronomical. Soon may cancel our policy because its cheaper to go without insurance at this point.”

“Recently posted my first claim with this company for my dogs medications, and the claim was completed very fast and I will be receiving my reimbursement very soon. I paid cash for my dogs prescription, but future claims I will pay with my new care credit card and any refunds will sent to my care credit account. So I am very happy I made the purchase with Pets Best Ins. Now just waiting for my refund in the mail.”
