“As far as the wellness benefits go since this is all I have submitted a claim for so far, the process is slow compared to my last pet insurance but everything that was mentioned as covered was covered which is good”

“Always fair, but sometimes the processing of claims take longer than I expect. From the time that the claim is processed, it might take a week in order to be posted to my bank account.”

“I’ve had a great experience with Pets Best. The entire process has been extremely easy to utilize- from submitting claims to receiving reinstatement. The online portal is user-friendly, claims are straightforward to upload, and payments are processed quickly. Customer service has also been responsive and helpful whenever I’ve had questions. It gives me a peace of mind knowing I can focus on my fur babies health without worrying about complicated paperwork. Highly recommend!”

“This is the first time I have had pet insurance. I am so grateful I have Pets best. My cat had to have emergency surgery and be hospitalized. WIthout Pets Best I would have had to put my cat down. It only took a couple weeks to have the claim processed.”

“A covered service was denied with no explanation. I have tried to call customer service multiple times after waiting for a long hold.lll one representative actively representative was actively hostile from the start. If you have a recording, listen to it I was actively trying to de-escalate her and calm her down while I was really frustrated as to why they covered service was denied after I met my deductible.”

“This has been a LIFE saver of an insurance company! My dog who is only a year old would have costed me over $20,000 in surgeries, medications, tests, etc. I've probably only paid $5,000 over the course of a year. THey have the best customer service and are very timely with the reimbursements!! They also accept bully breeds!! Please use them!!!”

“In order for less vet bills down the road and a healthy pet, a dog or cat or others should be on constant flea and tick medication. The insurance coverage does not event cover a 1/4 of these. My dog requires at full price $171.57 for only 6 months. I only receive a benefit of $50 dollars. It would be amazing if the insurance covered alll of the medication. However I think half cost would be acceptable.”

“Pets best was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made in my life. They are the easiest to work with. They are worth every penny x10. I won’t have another pet without having pet insurance and I tell everyone about pets best. Having this insurance allowed me to afford treatment for my soul dog to extend her life 4 years. I’m so thankful for them!”

“I’ve been with pets best for long time I appreciate them could use a better reimbursement on teeth and a few other things but I’m pleased with them and happy to have them to cover my dog. I would and have recommended them to friends and family!”
