“My dog, Brady, had a mass on his leg that needed to be removed. Once I sent in the invoice for the procedure, they eventually paid for the procedure, taking a little longer than I would like, but it was paid. Better communication with me and the animal hospital would have made this review a 5.”

“I signed up with Pets Best because they offered Healthy Pet Coverage as well as unexpected medical care coverage. We rescued an older dog and I have been disappointed in my access to customer service with this company along with the minimal reimbursement for care. My dog came to us needing his teeth cleaned which we knew would be covered under regular care. Unfortunately he later had a tooth abcess which required the tooth to be pulled. We recieved zero reimbursement for this because dental was considered a pre established condition. What I don't understand is that he did not have an abcess when we adopted him. So there should be some reimbursement. Also the preventive services are capped at very small amounts over the year and is only a miniscule amount to what we pay for preventive care. I am over all dissatisfied compared to my other dogs insurance with a different company. Also the premiums at Prts Best have been continuing to increase, which now makes it comparible to our other plan but with less reimbursement.”

“Pets Best covered my claims we needed. I would 100% recommend them. it served the exact purpose. when my 14 year old developed cancer... Pets Best covered the claim and made payment within 5 days. It served the exact purpose of my purchase.. Never have to choose between vet care and finances. I respect this company and they never tried to get out of paying g the claim. Yes my premiums increase but that's very fair as my dog ages. They deserve five stars imo. And if anyone asks I would recommend the company. If a new little baby mini schnauzer comes in my future... this is first call I Make. Thank you and thanks for the condolence notice. The little things mean alot to me”
