“We have found Pets Best to be the best insurance we have had for any of our dogs. Our baby came down with a chronic illness just before his 6th bday and they have stood behind every claim. We receive reimbursement promptly and without hassle. I highly recommend them to everyone we know with a pet.”

“You have been paying for acuapel antihistamine for years for my dog. Was not working pop my vet changed him to another antihistamine Numelvi… for same problem. He needs it every month and I shouldn’t pay for it as I pay my premium and am a loyal customer. I ve had trouble before and may be checking for other insurances.”

“We've had Pets Best Ins for our little girl's (poodle) life of 8 years. It has been a great relief to know when we need to take her to her Vet we will be reimbursed for a large part of Peache's visit. Although the annual price goes up appreciably as she ages; it's still well worth it!!!”

“We have found Pets Best insurance to be incredibly helpful. Especially in situations where you have to decide between care for your pet and being able to afford to live. Knowing that we have the insurance gives us a piece of mind. They’re also very quick to reimburse.”

“Pets Best has provided me the ability to proceed with high dollar emergency vet bills that otherwise would have required me to make decisions I’d prefer not to make. I found myself at an ER when my dog bloated facing a $13,000 vet bill or having to say goodbye. Thank you Pets Best for helping me save my family member. I’ll never be without pet insurance again.”

“I’ve had pets best for 12 years now and they have always paid as I expected they would. Sometimes something might be missing and doctors notes might be required so it is good to check with them! I would not change my insurance with pets best for lower premiums because some companies don’t pay as they say. Also Some companies require u meet the deductible every new event instead of just annually!”

“Recently one of my kitties got very sick, Pets Best covered three claims minus the deductible. I have been with them for about eight years and they always treated me and my pets fairly. So happy I do have my pets insured with them, not sure if I could afford the vet care otherwise. Thanks!”

“I’m grateful for Pets Best. Both my senior cats have been insured with PB for about two years. Four months ago my boy cat had to be put down, suddenly, with no warning. It was devastating to say the least, he was my bff. He had cancer, but I had no idea. I put everything on Care Credit, a line of credit for pets and other medical expenses that PB accepts. I’d continued to pay the PB monthly premium for both cats for several months as life kept going. I didn’t get to submitting the bills for reimbursement until a few days ago. Once I did, the turnaround time was only a couple days and I was reimbursed for the qualifying amount passed the deductible/co-pay. Here’s the amazing part: I hadn’t yet asked to be reimbursed for the months I paid after my cat passed, expecting to have to fight for it or not get it at all. Instead, I received a condolence email right after the reimbursement for vet bills. PB reimbursed me for those months without me asking. Look, pet insurance, especially for senior animals, isn’t cheap, but instead of being out $2600, I only spent $1100 without a fight. Honestly better than any human insurance company I’ve dealt with.”

“Pets Best Insurance company, has always come through for dog Cricket. She was a 14 month old Papillon. I took her to my Vet after not eating for 3 days. My Vet said she was bleeding from her stomach. So we rushed her to the ER Vets. Cricket died 4 days later. Pets Best covered my ER Bill, (to the Insurance limit) within 4 days. Pets Best paid for my private Veterinarian. They will put it in your bank account by direct deposit. We got a new Papillon puppy a week ago. I signed Sylvie up for Pets Best Insurance immediately. They've already paid for her booster shot. They are very kind. When I called hysterical after Cricket died, she patiently listened to me about Crickets death. Then they sent me a card signed by all the employees, it was beautiful. I would trust Pets Best”
