“The timeliness of processing my claim was great. The negative is that whoever did so didn't actually look at the documentation and thus rejected a portion of the claim stating there wasn't a diagnosis listed but that was on the documentation.”

“Response to claims has been excellent. 24/7 Doc Whiskers advice has been very helpful. because of the price as my dog aged. The cost can be prohibitive, but by increasing deductible I finally made it more affordable.”

“Aftet sending required information severalvtimes, I was originally informed that my claim had been denied, so zI I requested cancelation of the policy, as it was useless at that point. Then, after canceling, I was informed that I was receiving $250 after the $500 deductible, had been met. Really confusing and not a very good way to operate a business.”

“I didn’t know what to fully expect when I signed my dog up for her insurance. But I have been pleasantly surprised by Pet’s Best. The claims process is so easy, and response and payment happen within just a few business days. Glad I chose Pet’s Best out of so many other insurance providers (many of which I hear negative feedback about).”

“So far, I have been very happy with Pets Best Health Insurance. I appealed a denial, it took a while to hear back from them, but they reversed their denial. Their website makes it so easy to submit a claim and to upload documents.”
