“All claims are turned down. No coverage for accidents.”

“They prolong a verdict only to say it's routine or wellness visit, which it wasn't. I've been fighting over a year for an appeal with one. The other one was finally settled after they asked for records my vets sent 3 times. Conflict of Interest: I use Care Credit to cover the bill then pay it off in six months to avoid interest. It is owned by Synchrony Bank who also owns Pets Best Insurance. There would be a reason for an insurance company to stall until interest from a related credit card kicks in. Just sayin'.”

“Claim review process has declined. Previously, only took a few days for claims to be reviewed and processed. This time it took a few weeks.”

“The wait period for even the most basic of claims to be resolved takes a month or more, the website and app are frequently buggy, and calling customer service generally involve wait times of 30+ minutes. I couldn’t regret signing up for Pets (Worst) more.”

“The customer service time is forever, I have not been able to access my account on my phone or laptop. My pets previous pics were removed my banking information was incorrect but I had not changed anything. Previously I have submitted my pets claims for reimbursement with no issues.”

“The service needs an over hall. It takes almost an hour of wait time to talk to anyone. Your website was down for ages and you couldn't submt a form. Wait time for cks is too long. Your chat was even down. I am very frustrated and discouraged.”
