“We’ve had Pets Best for a few years for our pups and we’ve had two claims. Both were quickly approved and quickly paid, in amounts that we thought were very fair. Happy to have this coverage for our three dogs!”

“I would not recommend this insurance to anyone! I am still waiting for a refund after being charged for insurance for weeks when my dog had died and no one cancelled the policy- even after I called to cancel it! It's been over a month and all is see is an email saying " sorry for the delay"??”

“I’m so thankful I got PetsBest a few years ago after my cat had a medical emergency. At the time I didn’t have insurance and his surgery cost me 10k. The veterinarian is the one who suggested this specific pet insurance company to me, and I got it. Last week my cat was having a hard time peeing and eventually got so bloated I rushed him to the urgent pet care and they had to take immediate action and keep my cat for 2 nights. When it was all said and done the bill was nearly 6k. I submitted my invoice to PetsBest and got a response in less than a week outlining my pets benefits and what they’ll pay. They are reimbursing me for 90% of everything after the 1k deductible. I couldn’t be more relieved!! Thank you PetsBest for easing some of this financial burden and making the process so seamless.”

“We've never had pet insurance before this, but after losing my previous dog after spending everything to try to save her, we decided to sign on with our new puppy, and it's been worth it. We are in our 5th year with this company, and they've honestly made everything very easy, from claim submission to payment. It's paid for itself a couple years, and a couple years it hasn't, but we know we're the kind of people who are going to take our pets straight to the vet and try everything when something goes wrong, so it's been a good choice for us. If I had one word of caution, it would just be that prices do go up over the years, so know your limit and keep an eye on that. That said, I actually meant to cancel once I saw premiums this past year, and I missed the deadline so we ended up renewing. Well, I'm glad we did, after we just saved thousands on a surprise surgery for one of our dogs. We will be renewing again.”

“I have had pets best for all 3 of our dogs since the day we rescued each of them and they have been a true life saver when an emergency accident or illness has occurred!!! The turn around time for reimbursement is remarkable and I recommend pets best to everyone I know!!!”

“While I eventually received payment, I had a claim that needed to be reviewed because Pets Best processed incorrectly. It took over 2 months to resolve and there was no communication except that my request was received 2 months ago!”
