“Pets Best was amazing. I would definitely use the again if I have another pet. I signed up with them when my boy was a puppy and never needed them until this year. They were very responsive to my claim request and reimbursed me within the week. I am greatful for them. While the outcome was not good for my boy, they also proactively cancelled my plan and reimbursed the prorated premium after he passed.”

“I purchased a plan, including wellnes, for my new puppy right when she came to live here. It seemed like a reasonabwellness, I have taken her twice for last of her puppy shots. I submitted all the papers using the app and was reimbursed within a couple days as expected. Easy process and fast service”

“Good service ! We have a nine year old dog that developed a addison’s disease about four years ago and Pest’s Best has been very good at helping us pay for the monthly injections he needs as well as twice annual complete check ups. He is doing well ! Thank you , Pest’s Best John Fulco”

“We have used pets best for about 2 years now and have all good experiences amd even when there was a slight mix up they were extremely helpful with fixing the problem so that we could be reimbursed for our personal care. “Covers things I would expect, but on a lower margin; reimbursing less than what I payed. Accessing my account online challenging since I changed email addresses. My profile shows the current/correct address, but I need to use the old Email to get to my account. Many phone calls, no change.”
