“I’ve had Pets Best Pet insurance for my two dogs, Hershey and Nippers, since 2024 and have had a great experience. The monthly cost is very reasonable, and every claim I’ve submitted has been processed quickly and without hassle. Reimbursements have been fast, which really helps when dealing with unexpected vet bills. It gives me peace of mind knowing they’re covered, and I’d definitely recommend Pets Best to other pet owners looking for reliable and affordable insurance.”

“The app is a joke. It’s lacks crucial information about your deductible and overall information just about your plan. The company itself isn’t consistent in its claims processing and it’s ridiculous to have to wait over 30 days for an answer. I wish I had gone with a different more transparent company.”

“my first time with pet insurance and I had a hard time selecting which company for my puppy! After careful comparisons, I decided to go with Pets Best due to the reviews and information as to what they cover ect. as all are fairly comparible cost wise but the customer service is wonderful. They took time with me on the phone to explain in detail how it all works and each time I have needed to call them, I am met with a very curteous and helpful representative. Their claim time is not as quickly as I had hoped it to be, but that's ok with me, I know they have many claims to process. I will keep my pets insurance with this company when my renewal takes place”

“We have been very pleased each time we’ve had to file a claim. The documentation process is easy and the claims are handled in a timely fashion. I wish they would pre authorize but we’ve been fortunate to not have an issue getting reimbursed based on policy.”

“I've used Pets Best for years and with multiple dogs. I've always had a great experience and continue to with their services and reimbursement. It's a shame that premiums have increased so significantly in the last couple of years. Their mobile app is also essentially a shell and you can't do much in it. It usually reroutes you to the website anyways. It's like they just stopped working on the app in the last few years.”

“Sure is a lot easier than regular health insurance. Claims were filed online, they let you know when it's being processed, and drops the $ into your checking account (or sends a check, if that's your choice). The one thing they need to do -quickly - is to upgrade their phone system. I initially tried for several days to contact them by phone and was put on hold with a wait time of 50-60 minutes. The on day I managed to get thru at a slighly less waiting period, the rep was fine, knowledgeable and courteous, and helped with several questions that weren't answered in their online FAQ. I'm sure the company loses several potential customers because of their unacceptable phone system. There is no way to commuincate via email that I could find. Other than that, highly recommended.”

“I cannot say enough great things about pets best insurance! We've had our new puppy for about four months and we had to use our insurance for toxic THC poisoning after a visit to our local park are reimbursement was fast and easy and the best part is we never had to question whether or not we could afford care because we knew the insurance would cover it. If you have a pet, don't skip pet insurance! It's the first pet we've ever had it for and I'll never not have it again.”
