“I have used Pet's Best for years now for my two dogs. They offer multiple insurance choices and provide me with the security that if my dogs have a serious illness or accident, I can afford to provide them with care. Their payment for claims is rapid so that I can charge the care on my credit card and have the money to pay the charges off before my bill is due. I rarely have to ask for a review of the claim decisions--but when I have, they have always followed through. The explanation of benefits is easy to understand. I highly recommend this company.”

“My friend referred us to Pets Best and I’m glad she did. There are many choices for pet insurance and it can be difficult to choose. Pets Best is very easy to deal with. You can always get help on the phone and there customer service representatives are knowledgeable and helpful.”

“We have had this company for our dogs Health insurance for quite a few years Now. They are quick to reply to payments which help member who may have to pay up front unexpected bills when fur babies are ill.”

“Their online upload portal does not work, so you have to submit everything by email. Then it takes a bit of time for them to receive the claim into their system by email, and then you go back and forth for a while with exchanging medical records or additional information. Sometimes it can take almost 30 days after submission to get the claim reimbursed. I am satisfied with the reimbursement amounts though!”

“Great pet insurance with good coverage and they pay for most everything in my experience. One star removed due to the yearly price increases. This year our 6 year old dog's price of insurance almost doubled, it was insane. Be prepared for HUGE price increases after your pet turns 5. We will be looking elsewhere going forward at other companies.”

“I have been with Pets Best for less than a year. It is the third insurance I’ve purchased for my 4 year old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. I cancelled the first two because of my difficulty filling a claim with the first one and a big jump in premiums from the second after barely a year. I just filed my first claim and I couldn’t be more satisfied. It took Pets Best about a week after my claim to complete and reimburse me. All I needed was to submit a claim and they took it from there. I am very happy with Pets Best Insurance.”

“Pets Best has been great with reimbursing vet bills for my injured dog. The only problem is the premium rates just keep SKYROCKETING! This year, my premium will increase over 100%! They say the increase is based on breed, age of dog and local vet costs. Last year, my dogs turned 7 and I expected a big increase, which did happen. I had to increase my deductible to be able to afford the new premium. This year, the premium is AGAIN increasing, but by OVER 100%! I do not live in an expensive location, and I can guarentee that the local vet costs have not increased over 500% in the last 6 years (since I've had pet insurance coverage), and I have a fairly rare breed of dog (Brussels Griffon). I hate to say, but the governments need to start regulating pet insurance, like they do human insurance, as they are running roughshod now. I'm not sure I'll be able to retain coverage for my pets any longer due to the rising costs. And this was the exact reason, I purchased pet insurance to begin with, to help with vet bills as my pets age and will most likely need health assistance.”
