“Although the cost goes up a lot each year, they are a great choice. Very easy app to upload your receipts. Payment is quick and so far all accurate. Would recommend this company for your pets.”

“BEWARE: Make sure you don’t have your pet examined for their annual wellness visit until exactly 365 days have passed; otherwise they will totally deny your claim. I’ve had this insurance for about 5 years, and I am Not seeing the benefits of paying $53 dollars a month, because I have a healthy pet and I am getting reimbursed for less than the 90% coverage that I am paying for. I am seriously considering canceling my policy.”

“The claims process is usually difficult due to the app not working correctly. The price goes up substantially every year. I realize they are getting older but the increase is a lot. I started off paying $40 per month for my two dachshunds. That was in 2022 I believe. This year I am now paying $123 per month. They are only 4 years old. I plan to start looking for insurance elsewhere because I can't imagine how much i will be paying when they are much older.”

“Reimbursement was done AFTER applying the copay to every single charge, THEN the deductible. This results in much lower compensation. Very disengenuous and deceptive. I expected better fron the "Best".”

“I have had 3 dogs in the last 12 years, all 3 covered by PetsBest. My pup Sticky has had a difficult six months of being ill. I am so glad PetsBest has been there for us. Customer care is fantastic answering any questions about coverage and claims. We also have the support of the Vet Helpline 24/7 as well. I have called many times throughout my pups illness when my Vet is not available. Thank you PetsBest!”

“While the policy coverage is adequate, it is pretty expensive. The worst part is their claims processing process. It is SLOW and the processors do not seem to be intelligent or analytical enough to figure out the attached documentation. The website is also unreliable when uploading documents.”

“We suddenly lost our 2 year old dog. The whole thing was stressful and so very sad. Our coverage with Pets Best allowed us to give her the very best care. Although our outcome is tragic at least I know we tried our best to save her. I will NEVER not have pet insurance ! Thank you Pets Best!”
