“They need to work on their portal, constantly having issues with it. Sometimes when you call you have to wait 45 minutes or longer to speak to someone. They seem disorganized if you email a claim, but when the portal is not available you have no choice but to email your information, but it seems like they don't see it and then close the claim. Then you have to start all over and resubmit the claim all over again. Some people on the phone are very nice but I have spoke to a couple of people that were down right rude. Its a insurance company and they do what they possibly can to not pay a claim. They need a better portal system and online system, too many errors, it just seems like they need a better IT team to fix all these online errors.”

“Easy reimbursement process. Just upload your itemized vet bill and they handle the rest. They even offer direct deposit. Also, their explanation of benefits (EOB) is easy to understand. I would highly recommended Pets Best if you're looking for a hassle free pet insurance.”

“Have had pet insurance with this company for 6 years. My pitbull/boxer mix started developing these malignant nodules every 6 months. Needless to say this frequent visit to the vet to have them removed gets very expensive. Pets Best Insurance has never declined covered services and the payouts were quick and seamless. Highly recommend Pets Best for a no hassle experience.”

“I've been with you for over 3 months and have 4 claims in. All I get back is they need more information. If you had given me the correct information to start with it wouldn't be so frustrating. I'm wondering if this is a scam.”

“For what it covers it's easy to submit a claim. But for the price I would hope it paid more of the costs. I had to max out our Care Card to pay for our dog. Doesn't seem right.”

“We unfortunately had an injury and went to urgent care. Knowing I had Pets Best gave me a little peace of mind when making diagnostic decisions. We had not made any claimed prior to this incident so we were not sure what to expect, but we were hopeful the visit would qualify for 90% coverage. I made decisions without much weight on the cost and crossed my fingers. After my dog was well cared for, we filed a claim. Pets Best was fast and did not disappoint! As hoped for, they approved our claim and took care of 90% of our bill! Payment was fast with direct deposit! So glad we purchased Pets Best for both of our dogs!!! I recommend them highly!”

“We took our cat to the emergency vet twice over one weekend (one visit was a follow-up). Both claims were processed within a few days and the payments came through in less than a week. We were reimbursed around 80% of what we had spent at the vet. Overall, this has been the least stressful insurance experience we've had in a long time.”

“Our 1.5yr old lab had apparently been eating socks and we had been finding them in the yard after the snow melted. Shortly after, she started having issues. Come to find out she had ingested a sock too large to pass either way. This required surgery. Thankfully we had pet insurance to soften the blow! Thanks!”
