“Pet’s best has been a life saver for my dog , Red . Last year she had a lot of pain and had trouble walking or doing anything ! Prior to her illness , she had no health problems . After several veterinary consults and expensive testing she was diagnosed with autoimmune polyarthritis , a lifelong condition that requires medications and regular monitoring . Thanks to Pet’s Best , I was able to diagnose her and keep her on a good treatment plan. It was easy to send bills to Pet’s Best and I was reimbursed promptly . I am so happy to have this company helping me take care of my dog without worrying about the cost . Pet health insurance is so important to have . You never know when accident or illness can strike. Pet’s Best has been a life saver .”

“Pets Best is a great option for pet insurance. There are a few areas folks shold be aware of though: *Claims can take a bit longer than some other places *I, peroanlly, have had experience with huge yearly rate increases for my dogs' policies *Anything not FDA approved is not covered (so if my vet prescribes a Chinese herb for example to my dog, that is not covered) - this is true for most insurances though (if not all) I am thrilled that they do cover physcial therapy (hydrotherapy, laser, acupuncture, massage) this is huge especially as our pets age and need these services.”

“I've only been with them a short time but they are very timely with their communication and review. i've had two claims and both were resolved within a week of submitting. Absolutely no issues to date”

“On occassion the website for claims submittal has some glitches. Overall however, I give them 4.5 stars. We only had to appeal one claim and that was resolved. I recommend Pets Best.”

“The reimbursement rate takes too much time. I signed up for the higher cost policy, which seems to constantly deny reimbursement for items that seem to within the policy reimbursement items.”

“I could not have chosen a better pet insurance for Presley than Pet's Best. They are always prompt and fair about filing her insurance and they have made our life so much easier. It means so much to know that this company cares about our pet's wellfare and that they have our back. “Very untrustworthy company. After a whole year of "on time direct payments" on my part "without" filing any claims, I finally do. Normal stuff. Well, well, now we seem to have issues with uploaded info from me that I saw clearly, and they stated received, but somehow, all of a sudden, not there. Follow with calls and an email. Just horrible. Like your money, though!”
