High price, unsure if it's worth it. Claims are processed in a timely manner but many are not paid out instead going to deductables.

I cannot use the Website or the App. When I am in the App it immediately gives me an error box. When I click on anything in the App, it kicks me out to the Website login. If I login there, it says it can't process my request. I had to submit my claim via email. I still need to review the results as I got two different emails. I'm waiting to see what I get in the mail. I don't know if I will cancel or not. It depends on whether or not they can fix the technical issues.

Customer service and communication was slow and terrible. No correct follow up nor explanation, impossible to get anyone that could make change or any impact on the phone. Just a voice messaging service.

On January 29,2026, I submitted a claim. On 2/19/2026, I recieved my EOB. It took 22 days to review and settle this claim. I have noticed this is an ongoing problem within the past year with Pets Best. Then it takes another five to seven days for you to make a depotsit to my account. You automatically withdraw my payment each month on the day specified. Yet, it takes you a long time to process a claim and additional time to make a payment to my claim once apporved. You need to improve your processing and payments to you customers.

Still waiting on a claim reimbursement from claims aI submitted weeks ago. Then they are saying on another one that they have denied the claim because the medication is not covered when the medication is clearly on the list of medications covered in the policy for an illness they show that is also covered in the policy. Be aware that this company does not like to reimburse you and they take a long time to reimburse when they do.

The only thing I didn't like was how slow it took to accept the claims. We were okay paying out of pocket and waiting a month to get reimbursed, but I know a lot of people wouldn't be able to do that

Pets best processed my claim quickly. They communicated throughout the process. And they contacted my vet when additional info was needed. Highly recommend.

I have three pets insured with Pets Best. Payment can be slow but it comes through. The telephone customer service is polite and helpful. But oh, the website is bad. When even the Customer Service person can't fix things and is getting the message to speak to Customer Service themselves, something is going badly wrong. Currently when I log in, the portal says I have no active policies, when I have there. I've now sat on the phone for almost 3 hours with Customer Service. It's clear they detest the webiste too. So now I have to make my claims by mail. The app is no better. I wouldn't recommend it for this reason.
