“When I first got the pet insurance in 2017, I had no complaints. Claims were handled very timely and customer service was fantastic. Since the change in ownership, I routinely have issues with even the simplest claims and customer service is a nightmare.”

“I have had very good experiences with Pets best. Since my dog had surgery and has needed physical therapy, they have covered the therapy without any issues and always reimburse quickly. I highly recommend Pets Best.”

“I’ve had my 2 English mastiffs & st Bernese insured since they were all puppies. Accident only has been the best choice for us, after going from wellness, to accident and illness, now just accident coverage. Cost effective and the coverage is great.”

“So far there really isn't anything I can complain about. We have used them for 2 surgeries that our one pet has had. The most recent being the Friday before Labor Day. I submitted the documents I believe on Saturday. And before an actual business day could even occur, I received notification that I was getting reimbursed. I have seen reviews out there where people claim to have issues receiving their reimbursements. So far, I could not ask for it to be any quicker and easier than it actually occurs. Five stars all around for Pets Best”

“This is my first time getting pet insurance for a pet, but wanted it for peace of mind. I’m so grateful that during our dog’s recent battle with moderate pancreatitis when it continued to worsen despite home care, I felt no fear (financially, emotionally is another story) agreeing to hospitalization for her to get the best care for recovery. I’m thankful that Pet’s Best has so far processed claims quickly and fairly based on my policy.”

“Been with Pets Best for almost 2 years. Got this just incase but has proven already to be needed and very easy unlike human medical insurance. Our boy has an allergy which requires him to take a pill a day. Pets Best covers those meds no questions! Thank you Pets Best!”

“Our coverage began 7/17/26. Mid August my dog threw up and didn’t want to eat. I brought him immediately to our Vet. He was diagnosed with T Cell Lymphoma on 8/18/26. Pets Best Insurance is denying our claim!”

“After many years of paying premiums (hoping we wouldn't need to use the insurance) we are now in the midst of cancer treatment for our dog.
