“My only issue with Pets Best is how long it takes for a claim to be reviewed and finalized (about a month) after an appointment. BUT, that's literally my only complaint. I'm so grateful that after I met my deductible, all of my claims were approved. I was taking my senior kitty in and out of urgent care for a short period, and it was much easier to make the decision on what to do knowing that she would likely be covered. I adopted my cat 13 years ago, I love her more than any human–we're both incredibly attached to each other. Having pets go through surprise illness is incredibly stressful, but it was so nice knowing that she was covered through all of it.”

“This insurance has been well worth the cost of premium for our dogs. The support staff is professional & knowledgeable and the coverage for claims works just as expected. If you want to remove the worry from caring for your pets like they deserve, this coverage won’t disappoint.”

“I lost my Baby. That was his name. He was 140 lb Newfoundland. I had to call and cancel my policy since he got sick so quickly and died. Your rep that took care of me was so caring. I am completely devastated but your representative understood. Thank you. Kelli”

“Just decided that with our two puppies, we would try out pet insurance. Usually the older the pet gets, the more issues you might run into, and by then it may be too late. We decided to go with Pets Best, after researching many different options. I just submitted my first claim and the process was flawless. I did have one question that I had to call and get clarification on, and the representative was very friendly, and helpful. I am extremely satisfied with my decision and would highly recommend it to my friends.”

“They take forever to reimburse back and the communication is terrible (you don’t know if you’re getting reimbursed or not until 3-8 weeks after) and and after you find out, you are getting reimbursed, they still take another week or two to give you the money finally.”

“Our small Miniature Schnauzer was severely injured in a pit bull attack, but thanks to the insurance's quick reimbursement process, we were able to provide her with the necessary medical treatment without worrying about the cost. As a result, we were able to welcome our little family member back home in good health once again. She was hospitalized in two different hospitals for about two weeks, and the medical expenses for the hospital she was admitted to later were reimbursed first. I believe that the speed of insurance payments significantly depends on the responsiveness of the hospitals.”

“Excellent coverage, inclusive of medications and shots. I wish I could get coverage myself! I filed several claims at once and prepared myself for a long wait. Amazingly, and appreciably, the turn around from filing to receiving benefits was maybe 10 days.”
