“They have been very responsive and helpful with reimbursement when things come up. I think the only thing that gets difficult is the prices increase significantly over time. I appreciate the support when things go wrong though the prices are frustrating when it increases this year by $30 dollars a month. I get that increases happen it was the month of a jump in a single year.”

“We recently had an unfortunate event where our pet ate some toxic gum, and of course the resulting treatements and visits to the vet. It was a smooth process for us to submit the required cost information to Pets Best, to get the appropriate reimbursement for our claim. They were great and very timely in their responses. We are very greatful to have this pet insurance, and to be working with Pets Best. Dave G in Fair Oaks, CA.”

“Pet’s Best insurance has delivered for my two Cavaliers. I have one very healthy and one unhealthy and they are consistent with payment. Reimbursement time varies1-3 weeks. I am a satisfied customer.”

“Most of the items that were listed on my claim submission were not covered by the insurance. Though I was a bit disappointed, the explanation that accompanied the decision was concise, correct, and, of course, fair. Sometimes a disappointing response is the correct one and once you see it, you just accept it. Such was this one and because it was correct, I accepted it without question. Fair is fair.”
