“I’ve been very satisfied with Pets Best. I’ve had my Australian Shepherd insured for four years. I’ve used Pets Best several times and they always come through. My daughter also has her two dogs insured with Pets Best. She feels the same way. So if you want an insurance company that does what’s required and pays very quickly choose Pets Best.”

“We have an English Mastiff who had to have two major surgeries this past winter. Pets Best was phenomenal and paid for 90% (which is what our policy is) without a hitch. They were very quick with their review of our bills and had money deposited in our bank account typically within a week or so. We have told many people about our satisfaction with this company.”

“Pets best insurance is a great way to insure my pet. When I need to file a claim, the instructions are clear and easy to follow. Reimbursement explanation comes quickly and clearly, as does the payment.”

“Not having an actual ID card to make submitting claims easier is kind of ridiculous in the day and age that we live in. Coming from Nationwide where they id cards with group Ben PCN all of that information and not have naturally submit the claims was much easier”

“I have been fortunate to have a healthy 5 year old cockapoo. Pets Best has always responded to my small issues. A few weeks ago she got into a d con pak she found in my yard probably brought in by a chipmunk. Fortunately I discovered her eating it, called my vet and my pal ended up in urgent care for a stomach washout and then to animal hospital for care. Pets Best came through on reimbursement for all expenses minus my deductible and copays. As promised funds were in my bank account in 5 days. Thank you Pets Best for your quick response.”

“The price has risen exponentially ($140 to $240) since last July and at this point, even with my dog being on a monthly allergy shot (at $200 per injection), it's probably more cost-effective for her to have her own savings account. They have served as well but I just don't think it will make sense for us going forward especially as they raise the price annually. Context: I have a 6-year old, large dog, in Colorado, and have been with Pet's Best since 2022.”

“We’ve had a great experience with Pets Best. The online claims portal is easy to use, and submitting claims has always been straightforward. As long as you understand your policy and what your plan covers, we’ve found the process to be very transparent. Every claim that fell within the terms of our coverage has been reimbursed as expected, with no surprises. Having Pets Best has given us peace of mind during some very difficult times with our pets. Instead of worrying about unexpected veterinary expenses, we were able to focus on getting them the care they needed. “Huge deductibles, coinsurances, slow reimbursement. Way too fussy about invoices which clearly show you've paid in full, leading you to ask your vet supply shipper for more info. Last fall, they did a software upgrade and I could not get online, on my account, submit claims, get reimbursement FOR MONTHS. Once I submitted all those claims, they applied everything to the deductibles for 2025 and 2026. They will do ANYTHING not to pay you.”
