“Overall, they’re good about approving necessary care for your pet. I’m giving 3 stars instead of 5 because the claims process can be very slow, and they often request documentation that was already submitted with the initial claim—or even previously approved claims. Their rates are also some of the highest on the market, but worthit as they provide unlimited options for older pets that have been on the plan.”

“Prices keep going UP and coverage keep going down. Deductible has went POSITIVELY insane. A wellness exam and injections which would benefit Pet Best In the long run is only slightly covered. Couldn’t be more disappointed after 8 years of continuous policy holding. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Sorry just Facts…”

“Love Pets Best! So easy to submit bills and quick reimbursement. Also, when I renewed my premium there was only a minor increase even tho my dog had to have surgery. Would recommend this company to everyone (and I do!).”

“I got vaccination for my pet last year April 30th and got portion of the bill reimbursed. This year I went for vaccination one week early and got it done on APril last week, now they denied the reimburesement saying, I already got it reimbursed.”

“Absolutely amazing so far! I have not run into any issues with them and when I have called for any kind of clarification I was met so kindly! I’ve had to use pet insurance 3 times and each time i’ve been reimbursed within 30 days!! Being able to contact the vet via chat when I’m having an emergency as well as always awesome! Thank you so much! Love you guys!!”

“Generally OK, claims are processed timely but the website has become irritating due to irrelevant questions that make no sense whatsoever, particularly for a long illness (which is my case). Like when did you first see the vet for this or did you see another vet in the last 12 months? My pet has had cancer for over a year, how am I supposed to answer the first question? And how is the second one relevant? The second problem is suddenly DOUBLING the premium after the pet got sick, which I find reprehensible.”

“Soo thankful I got this insurance for both dogs I got the unlimited plans and aside from co-pays and deductibles , PetsBest paid it all In my case that translates to our paying $3,000 instead of 13,000!”
