“Their ability to process claims in a fair and timely manner is pretty bad . I get it. I'm sure there is a law that gives them a period of time by which they must reply. But they take they to the max. Many times weeks later to give you a status.”

“Overall, ok experience, but claims often denied because original invoice from vet has other stuff that I’m not trying to get reimbursement. I’m pro it because in required too. It’s tiring having to send the same invoice every month to get reimbursed for meds.”

“Honestly not impressed with this insurance company. The app is set up quite inconveniently. It’s hard to view/access claims/bills in a timely manner. It makes you sign in and verify every single time you try to access anything on the account as if you aren’t already signed into the app. Their coverage is weird. They aren’t very efficient. I would recommend taking your money and going elsewhere.”

“Pets Best continues to raise premiums at an alarming rate. Example started out at 35 dollars a month now at 140 dollars a month. This is without any increase in my claims. Feels like I am being robbed and being taken advantage of of.”

“our Star, a persian mix male cat, has been in the Best hands with Pets Best Insurance. He would not be alive today without them. I have had many cats over the years, but this one seems to get in more fights than any other animal I have had. Each time, Pets Best has fully reimbursed us for the full 80% of our costs, many times exceeding the premium. Thanks again for such great animal care!!!!”

“When I signed up for the BestBenefit - unlimited annual limit and Essential Wellness policy I assumed most of my standard Pet bills would be covered. I was surprised to find everything is capped, 1 wellness visit, 1 rx, etc. Basically the policy pays for very little, not even 50% of what I pay out. Neutering not covered at all! I will be doing my research to find a better policy for what I'm paying.”
