“Put in my claim and it was processed quickly. I got back enough money to make insurance worth it. It feels good that in an emergency I can focus on my dog’s health. I recommend Pets Best to everyone I know!”

“This is the first time I’ve had pet insurance, so I have nothing to compare to. I felt very comfortable about filing my claim. Took two try’s because of the form of receipts my vet used. (Hand written portions) otherwise it was a very easy process.”

“Claim reviews take a long time. Even if detailed documentation is provided, I have had that documentation rejected or I have been asked to resubmit proof (even when that exact type of documentation has been accepted for other claims). We should be able to view the documentation provided online after submittal. I would also like to be able to easily call a representative for support - it has been difficult to speak to someone over the phone.”

“Pets best has weird limits on wellness, which make no sense. There are some other hard limits that are like that as well, but otherwise things work decently for insurance company.”

“Wellness covers almost nothing. Cheaper to cancel that and pay out of pocket. Rates go up every year making it cost prohibitive.”
