I have yet to have any issues with the insurance itself. I’ve had my animals split between 2 insurance for years, finally I consolidated them all onto petsbest a few weeks ago. I would highly recommend this insurance. The only con is their mobile app; it hasn’t worked in a while or doesn’t work more than it does (for us at a least). This is not a deterrent to the insurance though as they have good customer service, are very communicative about claims, and have little maintenance to cover your furbaby. So far so good!
