Hi, my name is Allison and I was a part of the Pets Best family for a little over 4 years. I got my first dog, and my neighbor told me to get insurance, so I did my research and picked them. I got my perfect puppy and within the first 6 months he got bloat, I got the bill and immediately cried thinking I had to choose between my dog and that kind of money. I then remembered I had insurance which was a huge relief to me. From having bloat, my dog developed complications later on in life going into liver failure twice, and then at the age of 4 unfortunately passing in emergency surgery from liver torsion. I wouldn’t have been able to give my dog a great 4 years even though he had health complications if it wasn’t for Pets Best. They allowed me to get him the proper care, scans, blood work, and medical care needed to live his best life. He even had an allergist and nutritionist who was covered.
