I have had Pets Best for three years-both the wellness and injury/illness plan. Invoice submission is easy, claims processing prompt and the explanation of how the claim was processed is understandable.
They've helped cover 1/2 of my dog's annual wellness visits and provided very fair coverage when there were emergency issues.
Insurance is never cheap, but the reason it's there is to provide a Just In Case for you-so you aren't hit with a huge bill without help.
