I've been a customer for years and rarely had to use the coverage. I recently submitted a claim on 4/24 only to recieve confirmation on 6/4. Much of my claim was deductible and the rest of the claim is only $89.30 covered of which I still have not received reimbursement. It was a simple claim that is taking way too long to reimburse. It just does not seem like the cost vs coverage is worth it anymore, especially considering I have to wait so long for correspondance.
