Claims processing is long! When my claim was first submitted it was “split wrong” according to the agent and was the reason why it was taking so long. My second phone call two weeks later. I’m told nothing has changed. I’m still waiting and this is just a simple wellness claim. I asked to receive a call back yesterday when they found out something. I never received a call. Lacking customer service.
