Pet's Best has deteriorated over the last several years in their claims process. It takes an inordinate amount of time to get an answer and when one does, it is often nebulous/vague.
There seem to be too many deductibles, which was not the case in the past. So all in all I am quit dissatisfied and may have to look for an alternative provider.
