I should have better understood wellness policy before I bought as I didn't realize you could exceed the amount paid for wellness. My vets aren't the most expensive in town and yet I exceeded well before my dog's third set of shots. Delay in paying claims but with COVID that can be expected. Had a different company with my dog that passed in May so I assumed things would work the same. Will definitely not renew wellness; accident I will.
