Your customer service is the absolute worst! I have two claims that have been paid, but have not received the money. I waited on the line 30 minutes today and finally had to hang up. I also attempted to use chat and after entering all my information received a "thank you" and it closed the chat.
Is there anyone that actually works for Pets Best? Please don't give me COVID excuse. You can answer the phone from anywhere. And Email should also be an option.
