So far I have been very impressed with Pets Best. It took about a month to get my reimbursement for my dog’s cancer treatment, but submitting the paperwork was very easy and I did not have to jump through hoops to get her treatment covered. I will say it is very hard to get ahold of someone by phone (I sat on hold for an hour one time and still never got anyone before I gave up), but the one time I did get through, the customer service rep was fantastic and the online portal is fairly easy to use.
