We've had this insurance for our two dogs and cat for only about 3 months now. I've unfortunately already had to file three claims. One I just filed, the other was reviewed quickly, the second sat for a month in review. Turns out they needed more vet records and never contacted me for the vet's info until I inquired on what was going on. After that was resolved it went through just fine. So far that's the only issue I've had.
