I am not a satisfied customer. I was told on the phone when I called and talked to customer service rep the dental cleaning, etc would be covered under the Wellness program.
I received an email with the breakdown of what would be paid and the very next day I get another email saying there will be no reimbursement, nothing will be covered or reimbursed.
I paid almost $160.00 to get the dental cleaning, etc covered and now I'm out the full amount of the claim anyway.
