This insurance company has done nothing but ensure I will not renew my policy with them. I would not recommend this company to my biggest enemy. The customer service is terrible. The call center employees never have any idea what is going on. They all told me different things regarding my claims. Several employees made promises that obviously were not kept. My claims kept falling through the cracks. Nobody asked me for vet records until well passed the 39-day claim turnaround time. Even after I gave the records, they still claimed they did not have them. I was told to email them and no one looked at them for over a week. It wasn't until I spoke with a supervisor, Tamara, who finally found the email. Tamara was the worst of all of them. She was rude, condescending, and I could tell she had NO interest in actually helping her clientele. I'm a millennial. I never complain. I always give people the benefit of the doubt. I have NEVER wrote a negative review. But this company is TERRIBLE. After all of the hassle, hours on the phone, and two+ months of waiting time after submitting claims, only one was partially approved. Horrible company. Untrained, unqualified employees. GET YOUR PET INSURANCE FROM PEOPLE THAT ACTUALLY CARE ABOUT YOUR FUR BABIES. THESE FOLKS ARE NOT IT. Would give zero stars if I could.
