Takes forever for claims to get processed,
Company seems to be looking for reasons to deny claims.
Additionally user interface for filling a claim was changed and is over simplified.
Despite issues with the company and changes they seem to be making, the actual customer service staff is excellent. Very patient, extremely nice, and very knowledgeable.
Customer service staff is keeping this company afloat in a major way. I hope upper management realizes that.
