I am rating this 4 stars because 1) my claim was approved and 2) it took under 30 days. That being said Pets Best has a quick and easy claims process for them to get to the insurance claim without a lot of hiccups (if you send in the right paperwork) and it is accepted from a wide range of clinics. I had a typical overnight stay at a pet hospital but I have not experienced a more serious stay and with their claims process I hope to see more of a hands on approach to see if my claim will be approved and the well being of my pet. I look forward to keeping them as my insurer and hopefully no bad luck with my crazy pupper!
