It has not been a pleasant experience so far. My first visit to the vet was back on 10/24. It was just now paid. The reason for the delay was “undiagnosed”. My vet office sent in all of the records on 10/26 which I confirmed. I feel like Pets Best was trying to avoid paying them even though they were only part of my deductible. I had to call and resubmit all my records again. These have finally been paid. I will be letting my company know (you are preferred) of my experience. I feel like I’m stuck now because Gertie has some sort of skin condition and knee issues that would now be considered pre existing so I cannot switch providers. I don’t think I would recommend Pets Best to anyone shopping for pet insurance
