Very Poor in so many ways. Adopted young dog, took him to Vet in Sept. Still no payment...they refused to read bill, or call the Vet. Vet just sent in bill, we faxed it, they denied it saying they could not read, I did not pay bill and so on.... Vet Faxed copy of bill again this week, and same day I get that my spouse better get the bill in. Very bad I am filing complaints, and will talk to Media. They do not know how to work with Vets or Owners of Animals. Very bad Pet Insurance or people who work for...they cannot read or do simple Math?
