I find Pets Best to be very helpful, and overall easy to work with. I have recently had a major health issue with one of my pets and their support and claim processed has been fantastic.
One area of improvement is regarding customer service telephone support. It takes anywhere from 30-60 minutes to reach a representative. This is excessive and has happened every time I call.
