I received my first refund on January 12, 2021, from a claim I filed on December 21, 2020, after a wellness visit for my new dog, Toby. I was certainly glad to have pet insurance that helped reimburse me for some of my vet expenses, but I do think the length of time it took to get the reimbursement was longer than I would like. Overall, though, I'm glad to have Pets Best Insurance for Toby.
