So far our experience has been pretty good. We signed up with Pets Best because it was rated so highly. They have paid all the claims we have submitted, only 3 so far. However, I wish they were a bit faster. They do say 15 to 39 days for processing. That seems a bit excessive for processing an insurance claim. My auto/home company, USAA, gets claims processed and paid usually in under 15 days. But, maybe they have a small company. As long as they continue to fulfill their pledges, I'll continue to keep them as my company.
