Pets Best is one of the best pet insurance companies out there however, if you need to use vet direct pay make sure the veterinary clinic is aware that they have to wait about 30 days after service is rendered to be paid. I found out the hard way. I had to postpone surgery for my dog numerous times. I do get paid back everytime from petsbest. It usually takes 20 to 30 days but I do get 90% reimbursed. Vet direct pay is when you have them pay the vet clinic directly when you have large unexpected bills. Its been a hassle. Other then that. I highly recommend petsbest.
