PetsBest is great for smaller claims but their getting larger claims processed is an uphill, tooth-pulling battle. I've been trying to get a claim processed for an October vet visit that included X-rays so it came up to over $400. That claim still hasn't been resolved and I've had to contact them well over 4 times about it and resubmit the claim twice. Each time I;m assured they "have all of the docs", they'll "make a note on the file" but then they let it time out for one reason or another without ever letting me know what the potential problem is unless I reach out first. Calling right now makes no sense because I've been on hold for over a half hour all three times I've called. It's starting to feel like they're looking for a way to scam me out of my reimbursement for this larger claim or mess around with it long enough that the claim timeframe expires. It's really concerning and I'm not confident that any larger claims I submit in the future will be handled properly. Take from this situation what you will.
