The Good! - First reimbursement for a well animal visit was 73%. A much better ROI than with Nationwide Pets.
The not so Good - Time to reimburse was too long. The blog states 5 days or less, but the actual time was more like 3 weeks. Get that reimbursement time up and its 5 stars all the way.
