This is my only experience with pet insurance. I have noticed that compared to others who use pet insurance, the turn around is quite slow. 3 to 4 weeks.
It has been very helpful though. When it came to an unexpected injury, it was a lifesaver. The additional wellness packages are questionable though, as to whether they're cost effective.
