I didn’t get a full or 90% reimbursement on the flea treatment for my dog when I pay the highest premium (I only got like 30%). Then my wellness vet visit is still pending. When I called to try to change the dog’s name, nobody picked up the phone call even after 1.5 hours. (I ended up hanging up). There’s no email address for customer service nor telephone or live chat. Hence, I don’t know how customers are suppose to reach you.
