I am very unhappy with the policy terminology for the BestWellness add on. It said it was available immediately when I signed up. I signed up on Feb 2 and had my puppy’s first visit later that day. When I tried to file the claim, I was told that effective date was Feb 3. Seriously? After saying immediately, it was really a 1 day waiting period, which was not evident upon sign up. When I called I was told they could not do anything. Too bad, because if something had been done, I would not be writing this poor review. How about a little common sense instead and customer service instead or to the letter rule following?
