Pets Best Pet Health Insurance has been really good so far however there are a few issues that if fixed would definitely better the experience. It does take a minimum of 2-3 weeks to process a claim which is fairly frustrating and I have experienced REALLY long wait times when I call the customer service line. If they could somehow expedite claims and reduce the wait time for the customer service line it would be a five-star experience.
