My claim for Simparica should have been covered by my Best Wellness policy under flea/tick & heart worm. The claim reviewers did not include my heart worm benefit. However, when I called, the representative took care of the matter immediately. The wait time was about 15-20 minutes, but the phone representative was Excellent!!!
