Pets Best is good for illness, wellness, and medications. Coverage for parasite prevention and dental cleanings is poor. Premiums become prohibitive as my pet ages. Insurance for my 11 year old dog costs more than my own health insurance, car insurance, malpractice insurance, homeowners insurance. I'm an idiot to keep it but am ambivalent about letting it go. The company is very responsive, prompt, but a bit slower during covid. Claims process is easy.
