Overall, I have had a really great experience with Pet's Best. I have tried other pet insurance companies in the past, and Pets Best has stood out with the best coverage and tools in my opinion. My monthly coverage is a little expensive, but it has proved to be well worth the price as my dog is aging and developing more health conditions. Sometimes it takes a very long time to have a claim processed, but I have noticed that claim processing times recently have significantly improved. Customer service has been a little bit hit or miss. I had one issue that I was told would be followed up on, and never was, so that was a little disappointing, but the majority of the time when I reach out, I get an answer. I would definitely recommend Pets Best to anyone who is looking for pet insurance. It has helped me give my dog the best quality of life I possibly can.
