My dog recently needed an operation to remove a lump from his jaw. I was able to submit the vet's quotation before the procedure for pre-approval. Despite my reservations the approval process was very quick with no issues as I thought there could be some dispute on the claim. We even had to change vets and get a secondary quote (lost trust in the prior vet) and, again, Pets Best pre-approved the new claim very quickly without issue. Once the procedure was over, my submitted claim was processed and refunded in a couple of days with no complications. Over, despite my concerns, the whole process from pre-approval to final repayment was quick, painless and without issue and was very pleased with Pets Best in this regard.
