Marti called customer service and the phone rang for a whole hour. No one picked up Also I was surprised that you did not pay for the Trazadone when lucky got neutered. Also on Monday Lucky got another prescription and was at the vet office . I never have heard anything about the claim. I thought Pet Best covered prescription. I would like to refer Pet Best to my friends .But Marti Sullivan is not happy and I'm not either
